Located in Ennis, this attractive cottage for $176 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Caddis Shack is a cute little cottage that has been newly updated and is ready to be your home away from home. Conveniently located 1/2 block off of Main St. Ennis, it is the perfect, centrally located home for your vacation stay. Quiet and well-appointed, it is sure to please after a long hard day on the river. Take a nice hot shower and enjoy the on-demand water heater while the coals burn to perfection in the Weber BBQ. Throw the wonderful steaks you bought at Deemo's, our local butcher shop, on the coals, and pour yourself a nice cold one from our local Burnt Tree Brewery, or perhaps a cocktail from spirits from our local Willie's Distillery. Enjoy the comfort of the private, shady back yard, as you and your companion swap stories of the "one(s) that got away"! The smart tv and wifi will help you stay connected, but the good library will offer you a quiet reprieve if you prefer to unplug and simply read and relax. When it is time to call it a night, crawl into a nice comfy bed, equipped with quality pillows and sheets that are sure to help you get a good night's rest. The sleeper sofas are equipped with inflatable mattresses which are quite comfortable and have quality bedding provided as well. If you would like me to make up the sleeper sofa(s) in advance, just please let me know prior to your arrival, otherwise I will leave sheets for you to do so at your own convenience. The well-appointed kitchen is sure to please and provide for all of your cooking needs. In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee or espresso in the comfort of your own kitchen as you whip up some homemade food in the new cookware. If you prefer to dine out, walk the short distance to downtown for breakfast, while you wait for your guide from a local fly shop. Convenient off-street parking allows you easy access to your vehicle at all times and makes unloading and loading your luggage a snap. I am confident that you will be very comfortable here and will find yourself booking The Caddis Shack for next year's adventure before you even depart. Enjoy your stay!

Went to Ennis to fish and recover from a busy stretch at work. This place was perfect for our needs. Restaurants and shops literally a 2 to 3 minute walk away. Marina was very communicative and responsive anytime we had a question. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at Caddies Shack. It was very clean and you had everything you needed. Marina was helpful when you had questions. Allthough the description said there is a TV there wasn‘t and we think the bed was quite small. But alltogether we had a great time in Ennis. Thank you!

Ennis a great little town and this house is the perfect place to stay and enjoy all the area has to offer. The owner is easy to communicate with and keeps this place in great condition. We will be back and stay even longer next time

Host was responsive, attentive, and helpful before and throughout my stay. Can't say enough good things about this stay. Hope to return next year!

This property exceeded my expectations. We were there for the 4th of July parade. All we had to do was walk less than a block to experience the parade. The house is convenient to everything in Ennis. Walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars. I highly recommend this property!

We truly enjoyed everything about our stay except the size of the bed was to small for us both to sleep in and we had to sleep separately by pulling out the sleeper sofa in the den, and that mattress was in need of a replacement..
We would definitely love to stay again and Marina is delightful..

We have stayed at Marina's Caddis shop for a month the past 3 years. My advice to potential guests is "Book early. Book often. Stay as long as you can. When we arrived there this summer a note from Mariana was on the desk. "Welcome home, Glenn" - Nuff said.

The living room is spacious, & there is a small den with a pullout couch. The bathroom is updated, and there is a decent sized closet. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals, and there is nice sized eating area with table. There is also a laundry room which we did not use. The fenced in backyard is beautIful, & we enjoyed grilling out and enjoying the view. We thought the fenced in front yard was pretty also. (We happened to arrive when the leaves were changing color - stunning - and we left just as the leaves were falling. Really enjoyed witnessing all of that!)Marina was a great host and very easy to communicate with. (Small world moment: We even happened to run into her at a restaurant quite a ways outside of Ennis- and she figured out who we were & that we were renting this awesome home from her! )

Feels like home!
Loved the cottage. Such a relaxing experience, great yard and patio space with mature landscaping. Lots of birds, butterflies and chipmunks. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings were a plus. The property manager, Marina, was very helpful in assuring our stay was comfortable.
We enjoyed being able to walk all of Main Street. Have breakfast at the Sunrise Cafe, shop at Benjies, visit Peter T's Park and stop by the Silver Dollar Saloon for a cocktail!
Now that we have a relative that lives in Ennis, the cottage will be our home base for new Montana adventures.

Perfect location. Easy, relaxing living. 1/2 block off main street.
Several wade or bank fishing access points on Madison River within 5 to 45 minute drive. Fly shops a 3 minute walk. Owner accessible, great knowledge of area which she will share. Several good restaurants close by. We happily give this rental our highest rating.
