This beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath condo is your perfect vacation destination. Whether it's summer, spring, winter or fall, Summit County has something special to offer, and there is no better place to stay than our condo at The Lodge at Lake Dillon. It has been professionally remodeled and updated with every attention to detail and no expense spared. With an amazing lake view and a Rocky Mountain backdrop, you will immediately feel relaxed and far from the hustle and bustle of your busy world. Each bedroom sleeps two guests. The master bedroom boasts a wall of windows with beautiful views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. The deluxe queen-size bed features a memory foam mattress topped with a light feather bed for your comfort. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds with pillow top mattresses. The bedrooms each reflect a chic mountain decor. The two full bathrooms are both enhanced with upgraded tiling, granite countertops, and brushed nickel fixtures. No amenity has been overlooked in providing you with a comfortable stay. The living room stacked stone fireplace will provide a cozy, welcoming atmosphere on cold winter evenings. A 48" flat screen HDTV is ready for indoor entertainment, along with a soundbar and BluRay player. The kitchen has been updated with gorgeous birch cabinetry and oil rubbed bronze knobs, granite countertops, and brushed nickel fixtures. It is readily equipped with everything necessary for light cooking or large feasts. New top of the line stainless steel appliances complete this kitchen so that any gourmet will feel right at home. Seating for four is convenient at the granite bar. The Lodge at Lake Dillon is professionally maintained both inside and out and boasts beautiful flower gardens and natural decorative grasses. Many amenities are available including a swimming pool with a beautiful lake view--reserved for owners and guests. (The pool is new as of the summer of 2022.) Indoors one will find both a sauna and hot tub. All levels of the building are handicapped accessible with elevator access. The Lodge at Lake Dillon is beautifully positioned on a bluff that overlooks the lake, mountains, and marina. From your private balcony, even the night views are spectacular with warmly lighted homes across the water and the glowing ski runs of Keystone in the distance. With cafe seating on the deck, you may never leave the condo! The quaint town of Dillon provides many opportunities for recreation, shopping and dining, all within easy walking distance from the lodge. Summers on Lake Dillon are not short on fun and host a myriad of activities including fishing, boating, hiking, and biking, with challenging golf courses minutes away. Our Farmer's Market is a summer staple, and free concerts are scheduled throughout the summer months at the Lake Dillon Amphitheatre located only two blocks away. For shoppers, Summit County hosts the Silverthorne Factory Outlets just 2 miles away, as well as many boutiques, galleries, and antique stores. The winter season offers world-class skiing in nearby Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, as well as Vail/Beaver Creek. Other fun winter choices include sleigh rides, snowshoeing, ice skating, and night skiing. Access to free shuttle rides is readily available directly across the street from the lodge providing quick and easy routes to most of the county. Our condo at The Lodge at Lake Dillon is our 'home-away-from-home.' We are excited to share it with you and know that you will enjoy your stay. Please note: Strict new rules for short-term rentals have revealed that our property is classified as a 1 bedroom condo. We are currently looking into this designation, as we have always advertised it as 2 bedroom. Our family greatly enjoyed Robin's condo for a short ski vacation. The area was very efficiently used and allowed us space to spread out. The unit is very well supplied. We had a small issue that Robin worked out quickly, despite being close to the holiday. My teen boys can attest to quick internet which I have come to appreciate. The beds were quite comfortable. There are several dining options within a short walk of the condo. I can highly recommend a stay at Robin's condo.

Our family enjoyed this condo so much! It was a great layout for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 tween/teens).
There was ample space to spread out and the television line up offered good options for time spent in the condo. Additionally, the kitchen was very well stocked with basic pantry items plus items you don’t typically find like ziploc bags, aluminum foil, etc.
The location is very convenient to a number of ski slopes and offers great views of Keystone.

Really enjoyed the place. Easy to get in and out for skiing. Beautiful view. All the basics were there that we didn’t have to buy and leave behind. We had one instance where the batteries went dead in a thermostat and the owner actually answered the phone and helped us fix it. Would definitely recommend.

Great weekend at this VRBO. Property was just as advertised. You can walk to the marina, restaurants, etc. very peaceful, and suprisingly a heated pool! Unit was great, but the elevator within the building was a little cramped. Would recommend.

We didn’t know what to expect with the location of the Condo as we’ve never been to Dillon. Well, it’s absolutely perfect. So much to do right there in Dillon and with Frisco 5 minutes away (15 mins on bike - DO IT - it’s perfection. We travelled all over Colorado and Dillon is perfectly located.
My 12 year old said it was the best vacation yet.

The condo was perfect on opening the door. I noticed the spacious view out the windows as I walked in. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. That included spices, condiments, pots/pans and dishes. It was great to have shower gel and hand soap already there. We made use of the hot tub a couple times and the beach towels provided in the condo were great! The fireplace was so nice to get cozy by anytime. The condo is in walking distance from the Arapahoe Cafe , which we enjoyed. We always felt like we were coming home when we entered the building. A great condo we highly recommend and Robbin is great at communicating for anything!

My family and I were looking for a place to stay while we were skiing in Keystone. The location is a short drive to the resort as well as the stores in Dillon. My sister liked how cozy the condo is. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

The property was kept very clean and had everything you could ask for. It is very convenient if you are skiing at Keystone or Copper and is very close to several restaurants and bars. My only complaint is that the listing shows that the place has a washer and dryer, it is not until you click into the amenities section that it tells you that the washer and dryer are located in the building, not the unit and are coin operated. Other than that the place was nicely updated, had a great view and I would recommend it.

My adult son and I stayed at this condo for a ski trip in February '23. The condo is recently updated/remodeled and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking including spices and random pantry ingredients but we ate out mostly and only heated up leftovers. I was not expecting a condo this large and we had plenty of room to spread out and each have our own bathroom/shower.
Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Quiet nights made for restful sleep. We will mark this place down and save for next year. 5 Stars all around.

We have stayed in dillon a few times and at other condos this is by far the best the owner robin is there if you need her it is so clean and cozy we will be back in a week because we liked it so much

Great location, views are amazing!! Communication with the owner is wonderful. Very easy to work with. They were also extremely accommodating last minute! Everything was VERY clean and well stocked. Kitchen was great and everything was easily accessible. We loved the added extras of the Grocery Store discount card etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We WILL be going back again!!

This property has lovely views and is in a great location, very convenient to Dillon and the marina. The unit itself was well stocked with most things you could need to cook and stay. It was upgraded nicely (property itself a little outdated) and beds were comfortable, although too small for 3 people over 6 feet tall. The pool was being renovated which was a bummer but we were informed of this. Great communication and a nice value. Thanks!
