Nestled in Beaver Lake, this lovely cabin for $345 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Incredible NEW Treetop Penthouse Suite encompasses the entire top level of our new office and features 2200 sq ft of pure luxury and boasts the most incredible view of Beaver Lake with Boat Dock with boat slips available. This beautiful unit features three bedrooms (three king beds OR two kings and two twin beds. Please specify which you would prefer), two baths with extremely spacious glass showers with waterfall shower heads, large jacuzzi for two with beautiful lake views, fireplace, full kitchen..fully equipped with chef quality cookware and hand painted dinnerware, 8 person Hot Tub, gas grill, 4 decks with SPECTACULAR FULL 180 degree views of the lake and surrounding mountain side. Decks feature tables, chairs and two Swingasan Swings! The Treetop Suite sits approximately 500 ft from the water's edge/boat dock/swimming/fishing/sun deck. You can walk the trail OR drive down and park. Canoes/kayaks/paddle boats deliver to our dock. Fishing guides pick up and return you with your fish cleaned and ready to cook! This incredible new suite encompasses the entire top level of our office on the on 16 waterfront acres in the Ozark Mountains. Wildlife right out your door daily. We are only 9 miles from downtown historic district. 1.5 miles from Starkey Marina where you can rent fishing boats, pontoons, double decker pontoon with slide, paddle boats and fishing equipment. Located just 2.5 miles from the beautiful, White River....trophy trout and walleye fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Property also features a lovely gift shop with art gallery, cabin decor, gifts, groceries, coin laundry, free movies, horseshoes and outdoor campfire pit. SPECIAL NOTES: there are 17 easy(wide and easy incline) carpeted steps to access this unit...it's well worth the climb! Smoking outside only, no pets allowed, maximum of 8 guests, three night minimum rental requirement. Full rate in this unit is $495/night including up to 8 guests. We offer a reduced rate of $345/night based on two guests at certain times of the year, $25/night per additional guest. We do NOT charge a cleaning fee. Our cleaning fees are based on number of guests instead. We feel this is more fair to our guests. Please, email with any questions you might have. We knew this was going to be a nice place with amazing views , but this place far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and clean , so peaceful , great location. Saw deer right off of our balcony daily Quaint town with nice people. Tree top is gorgeous with endless amenities.

Our cabin was above the office/store - which we enjoyed. We had a picture perfect view, the convenience of the store below - our whole stay was amazing. It was a trek to get to Eureka (more because of the winding roads than the actual mileage), but we preferred the calm and quiet of the lake to the hustle and bustle of staying in town. The cabin had everything you could want or need - it was beautifully decorated and had gorgeous views. It was peaceful and relaxing stay!

Very nice property with several cabin options. Good layout ensures privacy and views for all. Easy experience from booking, pre-arrival communication, checking in and out. Sat on the deck and enjoyed seeing the deer every evening. We will return!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary in the Tree Top Suite and it had beautiful views. Everything was as described and would love to come back. The only thing awkward about our stay was you could hear conversations going on downstairs in the store. Thank goodness the store hours aren’t that long. Beautiful Place!

Amazing Anniversary Weekend
We had an amazing long weekend in Eureka Springs! Hands down the best views on Beaver Lake. Donna met us at check-in and was so warm and welcoming, we knew we picked the correct location. There were only four of us, so the Treetop Suite had plenty of room. Each room had a comfy king bed and soft fluffy robes in the closet for guest use. We spent most evenings on the deck in the hot tub taking in the lake views! If you like to cook while on vacation, the kitchen has plenty of space and all the necessities. If you wanted recommendations for restaurants or activities Donna was happy to offer suggestions! Overall a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to go back!

A beautiful property with a stunning view!
My family really enjoyed Lakeshore Cabins. The property owners are top-notch at running their business and ensuring all details are attended to to help ensure guests have a good visit. The Treetop Suite is spacious, well-equipped, and the view can't be beat. Features like the hot tub and the hanging chairs on the awesome patio were fun additions. I thought it might be a little odd to be in the same building as the office, but it was not a problem at all. In fact, it was handy for my son to buy some snacks and to check out DVDs. Although we knew going in to the rental that the wifi would be slow, it was more challenging than what we expected since our mobile service (T-Mobile) also is spotty at the lake. A good trade-off all in all to stay at such a beautiful place. We hope to visit again sometime. Thank you!

The only problem for us was not being able to stay longer! We travel in from Tulsa which took us about 2.5 hours. We stayed in the Penthouse Cabin above the gift shop and were blown away by how beautiful it was. We cooked every night and were very grateful the kitchen supplied everything we needed. The grill and hot tub were wonderful amenities and we never got tired of the view and scenery. We were on the deck looking out over the lake and hills every moment we could. The bedrooms were set up with 3 king beds and the living room sofa was a pullout bed (with a blow up mattress and a provided pump) so we had plenty of space for 7 adults and a baby. The trail down to the swim dock was a really neat walk and a very short walk but VERY steep. It would be challenging to carry anything up and down the trail so we found it easier to drive down (about 3 minutes). Having access to the swim and boat dock was very convenient as we rented a boat one day and really appreciated having such quick access to the cabin. We absolutely loved our stay and Donna was a phenomenal host. She truly made us feel welcome and comfortable asking for anything we needed no matter what time of day. Additionally, we were 15 minutes from Eureka Springs and 5 minutes from Starkey Marina where we rented our boat. We have already recommended this place to others and would definitely stay again. Loved this property! The view was absolutely stunning. The suite was provided very high quality, nice supplies. Only downside.... on a fairly busy road, need to drive a distance to get to stores and/or restaurants so just be prepared and pack you supplies as well did. Did have some very noisy spring break college group below us so I was wishing someone was on site to manage that ( and maybe there was but it was unknown to me ) but we shut the windows and turned and the fan and drowned them out.

Treetop Stay
The property is first class. We've stayed in quite a few homes in the area and must say the quality of this home is at the top. The materials and finishes used are excellent and the views of Beaver Lake were spectacular. All the homes within the property appear to be very well built with authentic log cabin type materials and maintained in excellent condition. We had a very enjoyable stay.

4th of July family vacation

This is a great house for a group to stay. The penthouse is on top of the office and general store. It's a bit of a hike to the dock but a easy drive. The views can not be beat and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Highly recommend staying here!
