The custom dining room tables have plenty of chairs for the family and offers a great place to play a board game or a game of cards. There are three bedrooms on this level, all with flatscreen TV's; the master bedroom has a queen size bed and daybed w/trundle along with a jetted tub and separate shower, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a private full bath, 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. This floor also has deck access that overlooks the pool area as well as a fantastic view of the ocean. On the deck is a screened in porch with a large table and chairs that will allow you to have your family barbecues from the gas grill provided. The deck stairs lead right to the pool area. The top level of the home contains the game area where you get watch Blu-ray movies on the High-Definition Big Screen Smart TV while you relax on the large sectional couch. Also enjoy a game of pool or ping pong from this area as others watch you from the bar that seats four. The third-floor bedroom is a great place to have separation from the rest of the group as it sleeps 3 with a queen size and single beds.
