Bedroom 1: Twin bed with twin trundle underneath Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Full-size bed Pack-and-play available on request. Bathrooms: Full bathroom in second floor with tub and shower combo. Full bathroom in basement is *primitive* but clean and has a shower.

This house was perfect for my family. The 4 bedrooms were great, the trundle bed worked for the 4 yr/old and the pack n play for the 8month old. The basement bathroom room was really great for us. Very nice neighbors and neighbor hood. When we come back to visit we will try to stay there again. The house was very clean and had great supplies. Thank You!!!

This house is very cozy and has 4 very nice bedrooms. 7-8 people could stay, although we only had 4 of us. It also has 2 bathrooms to accommodate everyone. One on the 2nd floor (tub/shower) and one in the "basement" (walkin- shower) The host has stocked the bathrooms with basics to use if you forgot something. She also has stocked the kitchen for simple breakfast, which we needed on our early morning. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

My daughter was getting married at Fellows Riverside Gardens, an hour away from our home, so we rented this home for the bridal party to stay and get ready for the Sunday morning wedding, since the house was less than 10 minutes away from the Gardens. The house was great for this! Plenty of beds for the bridal party of six to sleep, and for all us us to get ready in the morning. The house was really clean and comfortable, and we even had some snacks to greet us! If we ever need to stay in Youngstown again, I would stay here for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Bancroft! The house is in a fantastic neighborhood and close to everything. We found the property exceptionally clean and very well stocked. I was so impressed with this house. We will definitely be back.

We attended the SRX Race and this Craftman Style home is beautiful both inside and out. Rachel & Rich have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable from the well stocked kitchen to the extra blankets and pillows in the bedrooms and don't forget the cool clawfoot bathtub to relax as you soak in the atmosphere of this historic home. An excellent stay!

Excellent and prompt communication with the host House is immaculate as was the condition of the property when I first stayed there this past winter. Far far far better option than staying at a hotel!!!

We had a fantastic stay. The home was perfect for us with plenty of space, nice appliances, lots of amenities. Check in and check out was easy, and the owners were wonderful at communicating. Would definitely come back!

The house was well-stocked, beautiful, and clean! It was perfect for our girls - they loved being able to play in the yard and have more space to spread out after our long drive from NC. The only issue we had was trying to be quiet while they slept - the floors and stairs creaked a lot (understandable in a house that's 100 years old!). Without a doubt, this house was what we needed - we'll definitely be thinking about staying here again when we come up next time!

The home was easy to find upon arrival. Parking was ample. The security system was simple to use and reassuring to have. The home was extremely clean and stocked everything we needed as well as a few goodies. The hosts were excellent to interact with and very accommodating. We appreciated their communication and helpfulness. 10/10, highly recommend. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful family get away with a large group of 5 adults 3 kids (4-7years) and 2 babies (2 year olds) everything was above and beyond what the listing shows it accommodated is nicely. The owners were very responsive and accommodating with any questions! There was so many extras that made traveling with a large group nice as things tend to get forgotten at home that the owners have provided... Everything from chargers to diapers to snacks and drinks!!! This is definitely marked as a favorite in my app for the next time we are in the area!

Came up from Florida to visit family. Very friendly home. They had some snacks, coffee pods, juice. Enough supplies so that you didn't have to run to store immediately. Only downside is no toilet on main floor. But that was fully disclosed in listing. Good time for all 4 of us.
