Der Blick von der Terrasse war atemberaubend. Der Pool war cool. Der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Amazing views and pool area is great with ample places to sit throughout the day if you want sun or shade. Outside shower for rinsing off before/after using pool or just to cool off is handy.
Villa is very spacious with 4No. good sized bedrooms. Master has en-suite with great South facing balcony with amazing views.
Family bathroom upstairs adjacent the double and twin rooms. Downstairs is the 4th bedroom (twin) with adjacent shower room which contained the washing machine. All bedrooms are Air Conditioned (AC).
Spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area have large sliding doors onto patio area.
Villa is within walking distance of bars and amenities on main strip and further short walk to access the beach and more restaurants.
Owners Spiros and Aphrodite are very welcoming. Sprios made sure the pool was clean and checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed, even dropping off some fresh olive oil from their own olive orchard they get pressed along with some fresh tomatoes from his mother's garden... bottle of wine was left for us on arrival which was nice gesture also.
Water pressure not great but that's Greece for you. AC in lounge/dining area wouldn't go a miss but looks like that may be future addition. The large doors allow good ventilation though and we were outside almost all the time so not really an issue.

Kleinigkeit haben gefehlt wie etwa genug Müllbeutel oder Papierhandtücher, Salz, Pfeffer usw
Die Betten waren mit das härteste wo ich in den letzten Jahren geschlafen habe!

Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr gute Lage und sehr schöner Pool.
(1) Der Zuweg ist steinig und steil, dadurch wird der Koffertransport sehr erschwert.
(2) Die Kaffee-/Espressomaschine ist defekt.
(3) Geschirr und Besteck waren nach dem Spülgang in der Spülmaschine noch so verschmutzt, dass wir letztlich alles per Hand gespült haben.
(4) Die Dusche im unteren Bad hat weder Tür noch Vorhang, d.h. jeder Duschgang flutet das gesamte Bad. Eine Wandhalterung für den Duschkopf fehlt ebenfalls.
(5) Die nicht sehr saubere Badewanne im Obergeschoss hat ebenfalls einen Duschkopf ohne Wandhalterung.
(6) Die Dusche im Obergeschoss hat eine Schiebetür, die allerdings im oberen und unteren Bereich jeweils einen ca. 0,7cm breiten Spalt hat und daher nicht wirklich dicht schließt. Der Duschkopf der "Regendusche" ist unvorstellbar stark verkalkt, sein kleineres Pendant weist ebenfalls eine starke Verkalkung auf. Dies wirkt sehr ungepflegt. Auch der Wasserhahn war grau von Kalk. — Der oft schwankende Wasserdruck dürfte ein eher generelles Problem der Wasserversorgung auf der Insel darstellen.
(7) Die Zimmer sind in der Realität deutlichst dunkler als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Die Möbel sind zum Teil abgenutzt, wie zum Beispiel das Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Bezüge der Sonnenliegen sind teilweise eingerissen; Mückennetze in den oberen Fenstern sind zum Teil in kompletter Länge eingerissen oder löchrig und bieten daher keinen realen Schutz mehr.
(8) Trinkgläser sind bunt zusammengewürfelt und haben teilweise Patina angesetzt.
(9) Die Schiebetüren im Wohnzimmer sind schwergängig.
