Beautiful mahogany trim throughout, matched by new sapele cabinets in kitchen. Recently-renovated kitchen (granite counters and custom sapele cabinets/drawers) and bathroom (new tub, tile, and Moen fixtures). Very quiet. Carpeted floors with tile in hallway, bathroom, and kitchen. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Dining area seats 4. King bed in bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper in living room. TV and DVD player in living room. TV in bedroom. Large lanai. Louvered windows for flow-through ventilation. Remote-controlled (wall-mounted) ceiling fans in bedroom and living room (no strings to pull). At rear of 33-acre ocean-front property featuring plantation-style low-rise buildings. Swimming and surfing at beach. 5-minute walk to beach through beautiful expansive grounds. Pool. Restaurant on-site. Beach hut with towels and refreshments. All guests have free membership in the Poipu Beach Athletic Club just across Poipu Road (pool, fitness centers, tennis, pickle ball, bar, refreshments, etc).

Bill's place in Poipu was perfect for our family of 3. He was really knowledgeable about the area and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay easy and relaxing. It's a very short walk to the beach and there was beach toys for our toddler, and snorkeling gear available to use as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Bill’s property. The condo was as listed and contained everything that could be needed. Minus spices. We loved having access to the Poipu Athletic Club across the street. The pool and the gym were amazing. Bill was very thorough and quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

We had an amazing time at the Kiahuna Plantation condo. The location is great, grounds were beautiful and the inside was very nice. The pictures definitely need to be updated as they don’t do this condo justice. Everything was very nice and well kept. King size bed was very comfortable. We have been to Kauai several times and we would absolutely book this condo again!
Bill, the owner, is very communicative and gives you plenty of detail about the condo itself, check in details and what to do while in Kauai. This condo is perfect! Don’t second guess, just book it! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Bill for a wonderful stay. Geneva and Troy Tuppan

Everything was great. No one ever came and cleaned but not sure if that was supposed to happen. One complaint was there is not basic cooking spices or condiments. We loved our stay though and would rent again.

The place is clean and well equipped. Walking distance to the best beach in Kauai for us. Poipu beach, daily seals/Honu resting views(around 5pm they start coming) and a lot of fish to find for snorkeling.

Bill was a great host and sent us all the important information (very detailed) in advance, which helped us a lot. The apartment is located in a beautiful resort a little further up from the beach. We really liked this spot, because it was the same distance to the pool, gym, as it was to the ocean. The beach was fantastic, crystal clear water and golden sand. You were able to get free towels and beach chairs at the cabana. The pool area was outstanding. We were traveling with a toddler and she loved going with me on the water slide. The pool has a waterfall and other fun things, specially for kids. For adults there is an amazing gym with classes and the restaurant has great reviews and has good food and drinks. You were able to get free to towels at the pool as well.
The apartment has a nice garden view and is quite. It is well stocked and everything worked well. The bed was really comfortable and we overall really enjoyed our time there.

Bill’s condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Bill was very helpful in providing information about finding the condo, accessing the amenities and suggesting good places to eat nearby.
We loved the location because it placed us midway between hiking and outdoor activities in the Waimea Canyon and Wailua River State Park. It is an easy stroll to Poipu and Breneke Beaches where Green Sea Turtles and Monk Seals pull out to rest on the shore. Allerton Gardens is a short drive away. The condo is located in the Hiakuna Plantation which is beautiful and impeccably kept. So even if what you want to do is sit and relax in a stunning setting you can’t go wrong with this location.

This condo, and resort, had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location is excellent, the furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to grill and cook. Bill's communication was fantastic and incredibly helpful. We can't wait to come back some day!

Wonderful location, very clean and comfortable condo. My family of 4 (2 kids) had a lovely stay and communication with Bill was fantastic! We loved that we could walk to the beach, restaurants and pool. We rented chairs and snorkel equipment at the beach hut as well, very easy.

The place was even nicer than I imagined. Perfect for our short getaway to get some rest and recharge before returning for home the holidays. My mother watched our kids back home so we could have this much needed time to reconnect. Adult time is so important when your constantly taking care of everyone else. Thanks so much!

Condo owner Bill is a great communicator! I used the condo for sleeping, showers and breakfast since family members rented a couple of oceanfront units where we gathered when not out exploring and enjoying Kauai. Beautiful resort, great for walking and playing at the beach. At the end of of our busy days, I really appreciated my quiet, cozy retreat! New living area furniture & wonderful to have A/C 🌴

My mom and her friend stayed in this unit and loved it! It was in the back of the property, so a little bit of a walk to the beach. But it was extremely comfortable, air conditioned, and adequately stocked with kitchen supplies and lots of toys/snorkel gear. Bill was easy to communicate with and plan our trip. They would happily stay here again.

The condo was clean and had everything you needed! The property manager was great to deal with and the check-in process was really smooth. I’m only a five minute walk from the beach where I’m able to sign out a beach towel and a chair for the day. The beach is superb and I loved both the green turtles and the monk seals basking in the sun alongside we tourists. I’m definitely coming back!

Stayed here in 1989 with my parents and sister, as a child. It was really cool to come back as an adult with my own family this time when a friend got married. Had even more fun this time around, our son really enjoyed the beach and the grounds. Weather was great, with passing light rain and warm, sunny days. We ate all of our meals in the unit and the local Big Save Market in nearby Koloa was a real favorite of my wife.

Bill (owner) was helpful and communicated well throughout the pre-booking and booking process. Very open and transparent about what was offered, also very accommodating. Bill provided us with a wealth of information which made our trip a fantastic one. The accommodation has all the comforts of home and is well equipped. Walking distance to the beach, shops and local cafes and restaurants.

Host is super nice and gives you good hints. Reasonably price for Kauai, comfortable bed , A/C and fans so nice! Balcony was spacious , has dishes and pots and pans but no spices or oils so keep that in mind .. Not to far to walk but if you are taking quite a bit of stuff easier to drive down to where beach access is and walk short way to get chairs and towels this was so nice to get for free quiet and safe place…

The location of this property couldn't have been better if you don't want to pay oceanfront prices. You can walk to the beach in under 10 minutes and many shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. Access to the Athletic Club right across the street was a bonus! Bill was very responsive about a small issue during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery and stovetop pans but here was nothing that could be used inside the oven. We were thrilled to find a small cooler and beach umbrella in the closet. The new sofa bed might be the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The nightly price was very reasonable but the extra taxes and fees added more than 60% to our bill. That was really the only downside. We would definitely stay here again.

Property in walking distance to beach and shops. Quiet and peaceful area. AC was a lifesaver especially since it was a little humid at night. Owner was easy to contact and helpful throughthe whole process!

We really enjoyed our stay here, good amenities and proximity to beach! The property has been updated with new comfy furnitures and the carpet looked really clean too! Kitchen was well equipped!
We also utilized well maintained grills out side.
Bill was very informative and communication was very good. Really made us feel like he cared a lot that we have a good stay. Only wished I could stay there another few weeks! Mahalo!

Hawaii visit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Kauai and Bill s condo. We especially appreciated his fabulous mattress. We also appreciated the extra items in his closet and enjoyed the snorkeling gear and coolers.

Perfect location!
Walking distance to beach that’s great for snorkeling, swimming with kids, & surfing. Pool is across the street. Walking distance to a great shopping village with A+ restaurants. Clean condo with balcony & kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!! :)
