The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was the best stocked VRBO I have stayed it. We visited the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Peek a boo canyon,Zion, Bryce and Capitol Reef. It was very convenient and great to have a place of our own to relax after busy days. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in that area.

Everything was very nice and worked well for us. The only suggestion I have is the overhead lighting in the master bedroom didn't seem to work (maybe I was doing it wrong). Also a bedside table in the master bedroom would've been helpful, as well as a coffee table or end table in the living room. Small things. Thanks for the wonderful stay. It was very well positioned for our visits to Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon!

Great house and neighborhood. House was clean and the amenities were great. Easy access to the road leading to Zion and to Kolob canyon. Grocery store is literally 2 minutes from this house. Easy access to rest of the towns as well.

We had an amazing stay at this unit. The unit is well stocked and very clean and accommodating. It is very conveniently located for hiking to Zion and it has many local little establishments for dinner. The owners were very receptive and available. We highly recommend this unit.

This property was the perfect jumping off point for all of the parks and attractions that we wanted to explore. This was the perfect location for all of our adventures in Southern Utah, convenient and comfortable! Quiet neighborhood with grocery store close by, too. It was so nice to come “home” to our own kitchen (well-equipped), hot showers, and comfortable beds after a long day on the trails. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend it to others!

The space was clean and nicely maintained. Kitchen was supplied with a nice amount of dishes and cooking pans. A Keurig would have been a nice touch for coffee in the morning. The laundry room is nice and in a separate closet.

I traveled alone for the first time in this trip 26 hours from home and the location was perfect, I felt safe. It was a short drive to Zion but also a short drive to aSt. George which had cliff jumping and jet ski rentals. Overall I had an amazing time and can’t thank them enough for sharing their home with me

This house was a perfect homebase for our Zion NP excursion. The park entrance is only 30 minutes to the east. We did food shopping in the town of La Verkin the first night and the kitchen in the house allowed us to cook our own dinners, saving us money. The drive to Zion was beautiful and we rented e-bikes to travel through the park (this worked great!). The house itself was just the right size for our family of 4. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked, albeit the dishes/utensils were a bit eclectic, adding to the charm. Thanks Rich and Melody for providing a great place for us to start our Southwest tour.

This is a clean and welcoming home close to Zion but away from the crowds. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and soap and staples like rice and spices and cooking oil which was great to not have to buy for a few days trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! We will return and we highly recommend this to travelers seeking a place away from the hustle and bustle of Zion.

Stayed here while visiting Zion. We had thought about staying in Springdale but glad we didn't when seeing lines for the shuttle. The house had everything needed to make basic meals and a grocery store a few minutes away. Definitely recommend this house when visiting Zion.

Overall a nice and clean house with great location. We really liked the good supplies in the kitchen. Our kids loved the toys and board games. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little too soft for us but it might work well for others. The gate to access the deck and griller from the side of the house was locked which was a disappointment since there are pictures of deck and griller on the website so we planned grill dinner. In addition, the guests are not allowed to use the garage so the parking is on the driveway.

We dont prefer to be in the crowds of tourists near the National Parks so this location was great! Close enough for easy access, far enough from the crowds. We enjoyed the quiet local restaurants. The very comfy recliners were a huge plus after out long hiking days in the Zion.
