Situated in Lake Country, this attractive bed and breakfast for $203 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We are 'Grapewood Guesthouse'. A very peaceful setting overlooking Wood and Kalamalka lakes. We are in the middle of vineyard and orchard country; cherry, apple, peach . On site are a Black walnut grove and vineyard . We will gladly take our guests on a guided tour of our grove and vineyard. Quail and Deer are often seen wandering nearby. Osprey fly overhead with their 'catch of the day'. Parking is just steps from your door. Level entry. Tile and Hardwood floors. Washer and Dryer available. This property is suitable for a couple looking for some refreshing time in the country. Spend your day on a private patio overlooking the lakes. Or, if you are a family travelling with Grandma and Grandpa or another couple, space and privacy await you here. You may choose to relax fully by enjoying your meals in the fine local restaurants or make use of the full kitchen amenities provided. We are next door to a homebased bakery/kitchen. We have 7 acres of property to roam. Enjoy a spectacular view and get a good workout climbing our 'hill', or wander and take in the sights at a leisurely pace. This was a lovely property with everything you need. Appreciated the shady location seeing it was very hot when we were there. Close to biking trail and we really enjoyed kayaking on Woods lake. Thanks again for the hospitality Brenda and Edward!

Brenda was very welcoming when we arrived even a little earlier. The property was even better than in the picture, everything was clean and organized for our comfort. Special thanks to Elly - a very beautiful and well-mannered dog that plays with kids a lot! We definitely return to your place once we have a chance! Thanks again! P.S. In Okanagan for family event, Grapewood Guesthouse was an excellent location. Well equipped and lots of space. Brenda and Ed were super hosts. Enjoyed being in the midst of farms and very intrigued with black walnut grove. Would stay again if we have a chance.

The space is absolutely lovely, very spacious and private. The kitchen is very well equipped and we used it daily. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C was effective and quiet. Best of all we had both the gazebo and terrace with lakeview to utilize. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Breanda and her husband were very welcoming when we arrived.Upon entering the home everything was clean and organized for our comfort.The view was amazing and in a very peaceful tranquil location that overlooked the lake.They also have a very beautiful,friendly and well mannered dog that you can resist hanging out with.
You will not regret your stay here.This was one of the best choices we made when we stayed in Kelowna for our wedding.Better than a hotel I promise!

Great stay while in Vernon/Kelowna area
Our group of 3 golfers really enjoyed staying in this home. Great location for being close to several premier golf courses. Lots of space and very comfortable overall. I would definitely stay here again.

This guesthouse is perfect: spotlessly clean, well-appointed and with little extras that make a difference. Brenda and Edward are friendly and unobtrusive, but also informative and helpful. Cycling around Wood Lake and to Vernon for coffee on the rail trail, right from the house, was fun and easy. Nice view of the lake, fun to wander through their vinyard to "steal" grapes, and lots of activities in easy reach. Highly recommended.

The 2 bedroom unit was just the right size and perfectly equipped for us two couples who have travelled together often (and can be picky). We each had our own spacious bedroom (plus an extra bunk bedroom that we didn’t use) and our own bathrooms. The property around the unit is beautiful and tranquil. The air conditioning was invaluable as we were there during the June ‘21 heat wave. It was also located close to the Osoyo Yacht Club (we had friends with a boat), was reasonably close for groceries, and minutes away from the splash park, beaches and northern Kelowna wineries. We would happily stay again.

Lovely quiet stay
Super cute carriage house. No steps and private parking. We had a great stay and enjoyed the wonderful views of Wood Lake and Kalamalka Lake from our windows. Wifi was not as bad as we expected and we stayed connected during our time. We did download a bunch of Netflix and Prime shows before arriving, and the provided TV had cable. Beds were comfy and bathrooms well equipped. The washer and dryer were nice to have. Would definitely consider staying again.
