Situated in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This spacious, clean, cozy two bedroom apartment with free off-street parking has all you can wish for in a vacation rental. Located at 604 Central Avenue, 2nd and 3rd floors, a short walk from the boardwalk amusements, water park and beach. We are next to wonderful open space, tennis courts, skateboard park, downtown shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the wonderful front porch and fenced-in, shady side yard which is shared with the other apartment. The side yard is only available to dogs who can get along with others. :-) Dogs are welcome if they are quiet. Barking dogs will be a problem because the houses are close to one another. Central Avenue has less traffic because it is not a thru street. * We charge a $150 dog fee. NEW POLICY: WE NO LONGER PROVIDE LINENS. IF HIS PRESENTS DIFFICULTY FOR YOU, PLEASE LET US KNOW.

The three of us had an enjoyable and comfortable week here. Being able to have our Plott hound Stella along made it a true family vacation, and being next to the park was convenient for morning walks. It was cozy and comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked, too -- high praise from a foodie snob like me :) The owner made check-in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Olga's was wonderful. It unintentionally became my escape from Hurricane Ian while visiting from Florida. We could not have asked for more in her property. The home was incredibly accommodating and comfortable for what we needed. Beautiful Sunrises right from the front balcony with views of the ferris wheel! We will be returning. Thank you so much Olga for everything. I'm grateful for your hospitality and generosity.

You are directly behind asbury avenue with lots of shops and restaurants and only a few blocks from the boardwalk/beach and all the fun there too - wonderful breeze on the upper deck and into the spacious house. We’ll be back

We needed to, at the last minute, cancel the property that we usually rent and find one that was dog friendly. Olga was very accommodating and the house met our needs perfectly. Clean and well maintained. Very close to all the cool shops on Asbury. Nice experience all around!

It was lovely! Easy check in, nicely located close to shops and Acme, adorable beach vibe throughout the apartment, pleasant seating on front porch. My daughter became sick shortly after arriving so we ended up leaving after only two nights. Sadly, we didn’t really get to enjoy the accommodations before we had to leave, but hope to return for a rewind and stay here again. I enjoyed dealing with Olga and appreciated her genuine investment in our rental experience. Best VRBO experience so far in terms of host. I was hesitant after a negative experience last May with a run down dirty home, but this was completely different and her property is clean. She was at the property to greet us and our skittish rescue who walked right over to her! Thank you, Olga. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful two weeks, thank you Don and Olga for your rental, the house was great, got my exercise with the steps and our family, including our Lab, had a wonderful two weeks. Communication with Dina dn Olga was very responsive, I'm sorry I forgot to leave a note about the lamps, there are several that needed lightbulbs, didn't need them so no need to contact you while we stayed but I did mean to let you know. The larger of the two rooms was perfect but I might suggest getting a new mattress if in your budget. Thank you again we really appreciated the time away and the rental was great.
