Location was great. Suites were roomy and comfortable. Rooftop pool was nice.
Parking is a bit tight. Would be nice to have had post check out ability to use the pool after check out and an outdoor shower to use at the end of checkout day after coming off the beach in the afternoon.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our suite. You never know from pictures if it would look as pleasing, and it was great! Our suite had everything you could possibly wish for your comfort!

Conveniently located to the boardwalk (within 2 blocks), clean and well maintained.
Parking spaces are tight and takes some car “wiggling” to fit in the space.

. The room was clean and the location is great, close to everything. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in a couple of days
was great, close to the boardwalk and shops.
We stayed at Biscayne Suites once before and
had a much nicer suite. This one was kind of
drab. The sofa was worn and uncomfortable.
One of the bedroom lamps could not be turned
off by us or the staff, so we had to sleep with
the light on.
