We had an amazing time.

This was our 4th summer attending as a multi-generational family with kids ranging from 2-13 years old. The house layout was perfect allowing for each family to have their own floor. So much space and the decks on each level was so fun for morning breakfasts, evening chats, watching kids play in the yard. The large yard, dock, and the small swimming area was ideal for our family. We enjoyed our stay so very very much!

We loved this property. It was way more house than four people needed but we loved it anyway especially cause we got to bring our little furry family members. We will stay again check in was easy great communication, clean property. We also had great neighbors staying next door which made sharing the yard easier with our dogs they loved them. .

My family got together for a 60th Birthday celebration. There were 6 adults and one infant. We brought our boat and paddle boards and planned to have more summer adventure. The house is very spacious,lots if bathrooms. It has a great dock and a beautiful yard. We had a great time grilling steaks and sitting in the hot tub. We really enjoyed the property and would love to return sometime. Thanks so much for the hospitality...A.Flores

We have stayed at many properties over the years with our family, and this was one of the best. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed (I loved that all the dishes matched and everything was labeled!). The access the lake was great for the adults, a little trickier for the little kids. It’s about a 20 min drive to downtown chelan, but we appreciated being a bit out of the hustle and bustle. Overall, very happy and would definitely come back.

Spacious home
We really enjoyed our vacation! The home was large enough for our 2 families. All our kids are older & it was nice that everyone had their own room as well as ample living space. Everything was clean, the yard was well maintained. Great times!

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc., but not food staples like seasonings, oil, etc. We had ants so the managers need to address that but the worst issue was the shower heads. Most of the spray nozzles are clogged and not functioning in multiple showers. With a little more attention to required maintenance, this could be a really great property.

Very Spacious
Spacious, great layout, location, and flat yard! Loved family time at the big table! What we would change: there were cobwebs hanging from the livingroom & master bedroom ceilings, the coffee pot had filter and old grounds in it, the pan handles were loose, "tired" and the oven barely works, "tired" also, a few lightbulbs out above two bathroom sinks. Next time we rent a boat we'll ask about the tide and if able to pull up to the dock (the yacht club did accommodate us though). It would've been nice to have a small rake & poop scooper to clear the geese poop from the yard. Still loved it! Lori and Arne Berg

The property was in a great location on the lake. The house was great and met all of our needs as far as cooking and space for the eight of us to hang out. Will definitely want to come back in the summer time one year to get a more complete experience of the lake property.

Great waterfront property and spacious yard
The house was very well designed and suited for many adults. The downstairs as well as the main floor had comfortable furniture and TV's so everyone had their own space. We had a few minor housekeeping issues, but property managers were quick to respond. Great waterfront property and look forward to staying there again!

The place we rented before was not available so we took a risk and rented this place. There were 6 adults, a college kid (19), two teens (16,14), two 10 year olds, a 9 year old, and a 6 year old. The accessibility to the water was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. The only thing about the house that could have been better was the bbq grill was not clean when we got there and the house holds a lot of people which could use more serving platters especially if you cook everyday for 13 people. Luckily, we brought a large serving tray but just one. The place itself had a nice space for everyone to be together or if someone needed alone time.

It’d be nice if there were a few more boardgames or sets of cards around for evening games. Also, entertainment options as far as TV, streaming apps, etc were very limited. If we were to stay again we would bring a firestick or something. These were all relatively minor things that I figured I’d mention.
I would definitely recommend this property to others in the future. Thanks to the owners for a great experience.

Loved it
The house was absolutely lovely! Right on the water and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. Place was clean and the kitchen was stocked adequately. This was not a dealbreaker but something to note is that the rental next door is very close to this house so it's almost like sharing a back yard.

Best weekend ever!
My first experience in Chelan was amazing. This home accommodated my self and 5 friens with plenty of room and a personal bedroom for each one of us. The drive to town was beautiful. We stayed in mostly to enjoy this beautiful property on the water. We will be back. Thank you!

Best time ever
I rented this house for a team retreat, and it was perfect!!! More than enough space for group time, and for people to gather in smaller groups. Home is even better in person than the pictures show.

Extremely dissatisfied with this home. We were looking forward to our annual vacation in Chelan. We arrived and within a few hours I reached out to request a different house. The rental home next to us had ten vehicles parked in front. MANY people partying late into the night. The second night police had to be called because the neighbors were drunk and threatening us.. The police officers arrived and stated that they had been to these homes many times for problems before. They spoke to neighbors but could do little to ally our fears. The rental company should be more concerned about the safety of their customers. We felt threatened and helpless. The next day a representative came out. We explained the situation and he told us he would talk to the neighbors. I question why when it was obvious they had more people there than allowed, this was not immediately corrected. I told him we had already had three days ruined of our stay. He agreed that it was terrible and agreed that financial compensation was in order. After the neighbors all left, we salvaged the last part of our stay. A fence should be erected for security and privacy between these home. Guidelines must be followed. This did not happen and upon returning home, reached out to follow up with property managers. Cindy was especially unkind and unwilling to address our concerns. DO NOT rent this home! We had other concerns, cleanliness, etc but all paled in comparison to not receiving quiet enjoyment of this rental.In conclusion, I am rating this home as terrible for the following reasons.#1 No privacy or security for my family#2 Neglect from property management to take action resolving over-occupancy of neighboring property#3 Follow up conversations afforded no remedies for future families
