The staff were amazing, i was involved in a accident they came to the hospital to check on me, moved me from upper level to ground level, s o so helpful

It’s a convenient location because it’s near a shopping mall, karenderya and a coffee shop.

The pool was adequate for family use although the depth factor of 5-6 feet was a little worrying for young children, no lifeguard and clear instructions were in use but still worrying
breakfast different but ok
shower did not work for 3 days early morning tv did not work for 2 days but they changed it for another after this
staff were slightly despondent as they work only short term as business requires even though they were reasonably cheerful
Very little interaction and communication from the staff in regard to options in the hotel
