I liked where it was located and very friendly staff .Nice garden . Transport was convenient.
The breakfast would take really long on some days causing an inconvenience.

We stayed for a second time in Utamaduni House after our Safari. It felt like coming home. Everything was prepared for us. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, good beds with mosquito-nets, good shower and bathroom. The house has a nice area inside and outside to sit and also a beautiful garden with tropic flowers and trees. There is also a nice bar, where you can have drinks. The Utamaduni Team was very friendly and really took care for us. We could have breakfast at the time we wished. Early in the morning, when we had to leave for a day-trip or later the day, when we wanted to sleep longer. It was all no problem and very flexible. We also could leave some of our luggage in the Utamaduni House, when we went on our 5-days Safari Tour. We had a wonderful evening meal together with the hosts with great Tansanian food. They also gave us a lot of tipps for activities and locations in Arusha and the region. @Utamaduni House: Thank you very much for all your efforts, the great dinner, your tipps, your kindness and flexibility. It was a pleasure staying in your Bed&Breakfast and we will always remember this time with a big smile. I highly recommend this accomondation. If I will come back to Arusha once, I would stay in Utamaduni House again.

It is a cozy place..
Lacks basics, the bed comfort is not good, constant disturbance from cars coming in and going, honking etc
