You'll find your magnificent spacious hideaway conveniently located near downtown Asheville (6 miles), the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore Estate, Beaver Lake, hiking and biking trails, the River Arts District and the French Broad river. From The Caroline, it's easy to get to wherever you want to go in the Asheville area. And if staying put is your desire, look no further, as this home has everything you'll need and want. Whether it's a girls' weekend get-away, a family get-together or a romantic couples retreat, The Caroline waits to welcome you. This beautifully appointed home can accommodate up to 9 adult guests or 10 with kids (7-8 in beds, 9-10 with queen air mattress). With 3 large bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom with a daybed and desk, 2 1/2 baths, a large open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, a large deck and an indoor/outdoor fireplace, you'll have plenty of space to relax after a day/night out, or cook a delicious meal in and enjoy with family and friends. Granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances and large island accentuate the fully equipped gourmet kitchen - ready for a quick breakfast or a relaxing, slow-paced dinner. With a chef-style gas range, microwave, blender, coffer maker, toaster oven, and extensive cookware and utensils, everything is at your fingertips. Even big holiday meals are easy to prepare in this highly appointed kitchen. You'll have a hard time resisting the cozy living room area with a large comfy couch, gas fireplace and new Smart TV. Or you may want to take your coffee (or wine) to the outside deck to enjoy the mountain views and fireplace from the other side. Our sunsets are amazing! The 4 bedrooms include a king, queen, twin-over-full bunkbed, and a day bed. The Primary ensuite Bedroom (king bed), located on the main floor, is the perfect place to snuggle in, read a book, enjoy a movie (on a brand-new Smart TV) and sleep your worries away. The Primary ensuite Bath with a large vanity, double sinks and walk-in shower brings all the comforts of home and ease. You'll also find a large walk-in closet with plenty of space to unpack and to get dressed for a night on the town. The third floor of this stunning home gives way to a cozy conversation cove, the 3 remaining bedrooms and a large guest bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub. If work can't wait and you need to check in, there's also a desk in the smaller bedroom (with the daybed). Our high-speed internet will help to ensure you don't miss a single email. Enjoy our Sonos speaker on the third floor (and in the living room) for synchronized sound throughout the home. There are so many things to see and do in the Asheville area. The townhouse is in great location to downtown, shopping and the Biltmore. Very clean, roomy with a nice deck and fireplace. Property Manager was great to work with through booking and check in.

Great location. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. There are a lot of stairs so be aware if traveling with anyone that may be an issue for. Would stay again.

This property was wonderful in every way. We were in town for a wedding. We had 3 generations (2 young kids, 2 30-something’s & 2 50-something’s). All 6 of us agreed that it was perfectly appointed, great location about 10 mins from downtown, very comfortable & cozy! Highly recommend!

My Father, Brother, Nephew, and I stayed at this VRBO during our annual fishing trip. We like to spend time in Ashville for fishing and dining options.
We were delighted with the accommodations provided at this VRBO. The space is large, comfortable, and has many places to sit, talk or get work done. The location is terrific if you have a car. Even if you don't have a car, the little "village" near the home is a great place to pick up some breakfast in the morning, and there is a friendly coffee shop nearby.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Ashville area.

We stayed here for our girls' trip and absolutely loved it! The outdoor deck offers fantastic views of the mountains and a great place to drink coffee and read in the morning. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with very comfortable mattresses. The open concept kitchen and living room are great for cooking and relaxing together. Everything was clean and appeared as advertised. Jessica, the property manager, was very prompt with communication and provided great recommendations for things to do/places to eat. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, with restaurants close by that you can walk to. We highly recommend staying here!

Lovely vacation spot with all you need!
Highly recommend this lovely home for your next vacation in Asheville. We were in for a wedding and stayed the week to enjoy the area, as 6 adults we found the home easy to live in, graciously appointed, and enjoyed the "plus" of the mountain views from the covered deck. Manager was very responsive and attentive, overall a great place to stay!

This is a new property in 2022. Wonderful place for a girls weekend. Quiet neighborhood close to Asheville which was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and excellent communication from the property manager Jessica. Local wine and chocolate greeted us when we arrived. We had a great time.

We rented this property for a long girls' weekend. It was perfect for the five of us. It's an end unit, so there are lots of windows and natural light. Bathrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Bedrooms are lovely and the decor throughout the home is beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Seating area was comfortable and we liked the round coffee table for playing games. Host replied quickly to my messages and was very helpful. Property is close to Asheville, where we spent most of our time. Garage parking was a nice bonus. You will not regret renting this property, I want to bring my family back there.

Lovely home in perfect location to explore Asheville and area
We really enjoyed the property and would definitely rent it again.
Super convenient location. Close to some great restaurants (we recommend Nine Mile, Plant, Green Sage, Posana, Laughing Seed...all have great food and cater to multiple food needs and preferences). Short drive to town. Reasonable drive to hiking. Looks like the photos. Nicely appointed kitchen. Clean. Nice and quiet, even though it was a town home, attached and close to other homes. I thought there could be some construction noise since there is building around the area, but it was not an issue. Especially nice because it's an end unit, so there is plenty of light and windows. Nice to be able to park into a garage and walk up into the house. Great to have two master/double sink bathrooms for two couples. Pleasant screened porch/deck--where we spent a lot of time. We were treated to viewing a fairly large bear walking along the ditch on the side of the home mid-day one day. The host, Jessica, is super nice and very responsive. The bathtub didn't drain properly when we arrived (just a typical clog, no big deal) and she sent a plumber the same day to address it.
One watch out for older- or differently-abled folks who might have trouble with stairs: the house is on multiple levels, so requires using one flight to enter the living space where one bedroom is located and another flight to access the other bedrooms.
The whole experience was great for us. We've stayed in multiple properties in the area over the years and this was our favorite.

Wonderful new town home 10 min from downtown Asheville
We stayed here for a bachelorette party in November. 6 of us ladies felt very comfortable, safe, and happy in this clean, new home. About 10-15 uber ride to downtown. Would highly recommend!

The listing and pictures are 100% accurate. The home is very new, nicely decorated, and has everything you could possibly need or want. Its just about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Asheville. The neighborhood seems to be newly developed and is conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants and other businesses. Highly recommended. We had a great time and experience. Perfect place for a group of people or family, or even a couple wanting space away from a hotel. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
