Channel leads to the Inlet of Silly Cay where one finds small cove sandy beaches. Explore by kayak and paddleboard the Chalk Sound National Park. The Cottage vaulted ceiling area with folding Nana doors and double louvred doors open for the feel of outdoor, seamless living Decks, pool and garden offer natures flora, fauna and sea. The tidal flow, twice daily, changes the scene bringing the elusive Bonefish to feed and often young turtles as this is their habitat. The rooftop deck offers surround views; spectacular sunsets, celestial observation of the night sky and full advantage of the tradewinds on quiet summer days. Gazebo and native stone steps make easy access to beach and boating. Wooden Boardwalk leads down to the dock platform. Graciously furnished amid unusual features unique to a generation of island living make up this owner booked villa. Owner resides on property in separate villa which shares the pool. Beautiful views of the sound. Faces west so sunset is lovely. Private, very quiet location with its own little beach, kayaks and paddle boards. Nice private pool. Large main floor with space for plenty of family. 4 nice bedrooms with queen or larger beds. Plenty of towels, beach towels and extra sheets. Washer & dryer. Good internet.Well equipped kitchen. A car is required to get around.

Just come and stay. No need to go anywhere. Our kids loved the pool. The beach down the road is great.

Are you looking for space and privacy during your vacation? Do you want to avoid the crowds and congestion of resorts and houses built practically on top of each other? Do you want to stay in a family home with history and character situated on lush grounds? Do you want your own beach and pool and amazing views? Then this is the perfect place for you!
Trust me, the photos do not do it justice!
This home may be older and quirkier than some of the cookie-cutter houses on the island, but it has everything you need, including all amenities, kayaks/paddleboards, life jackets, beach chairs, pool floats, washer/dryer, a/c, two kitchens, LOTS of nice towels, and beds for 14! The bedrooms, kitchen, and sitting areas provide ample space for large families to come together and to spread out. And the views are top-notch! Our family enjoyed relaxing in the pool and on the beach, cooking and eating together in the kitchen, and watching the sunset from the endless viewing areas around the house and grounds. We appreciated the ability to drive to busy spots like Grace Bay in 20 minutes, then come home to our own oasis.
Donna and Jeano were perfect hosts who answered all of our questions and helped in any way they could. The check in and check out process were easy and hassle-free.

Not great for bad knees…lots of stairs. The pool had some broken tiles (my daughter cut her toe), the toilet seat wouldn’t stay put in the upstairs bathroom, and the drain in the big shower was not great. The air works in the bedrooms, but the open areas are best with outdoor doors open. The location is beautiful, the outdoor shower is fun, and having a little beach was perfect for the kids!
