About this condo rental
The emerald waters in the Gulf of Mexico provides a tranquil background from the balcony of all units at Majestic Sun. You are just steps away from the beach, heated pools with waterfalls, hot tubs, golf, gym, and even a store onsite that carries all of your beach necessities. Seasonal water sports are offered, as well as bike rentals, and even three onsite restaurants so you never have to leave the property. Acme Oyster House is located on Seascape property. Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, and Melting Pot are all a short walk away and the outlet malls are just down the street. This 2BR/2B upgraded unit has new furniture and was recently painted. It is located on the 9th floor in building A and has sweeping views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished property with a kitchen that is equipped for all your dining needs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa. Situated on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later watch the sunset from the balcony off 9th floor. PARKING PASS UPDATE-1 PASS IS INCLUDED IN STAY. EACH ADDITIONAL PASS IS $15. SAVE THE $40 A DAY FOR BEACH SERVICE AND USE THE CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, AND GOODIES THAT ARE ON THE BALCONY FOR YOUR USE.

Everything was clean and the beds were nice and soft. No toiletries so bring some. Also the knives are super dull. Other than that it had everything we needed. Loved that it was close to a bar and restaurants. The heated pool was nice since it rained but we could still enjoy the afternoon.

Excellent place to stay! My only complaint was the queen mattress. It was a good quality mattress in its early years, but now it makes you fall into the center of bed.

Condo was extremely clean, and everything was in perfect working order. View is fantastic and getting to the beach is a breeze. My kids loved the pools. Noise from the road can be quite loud, as can the neighbors. But during the peak time of July, not much can be done about that! We loved our visit. We have rented this unit twice now and would definitely rent this unit again.

Stayed here for a three night girls trip - view from balcony was amazing! Condo was as expected from description - Beds were very comfortable. Got there very late first night and could not find a sprayer for getting sand off feet due to the pool being closed - found another one in the daylight the next day on the property. Parked on third level in garage as elevator was right there - very easy.
Elevator wait time on Saturday was a bit much as biggest crowds that day. Thank you for having beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use! saved us lots of money!! Went to Crab Island for a day trip - that place was so much fun!!

Great place loved the view, how easy it was to get to pool and beach.... Seems like the umbrellas took up to much of the beach and were too close to the water. But other than that great beautiful time.

The place and location was perfect. The only thing I would have liked was extra supplies. We only had two rolls of toilet paper stocked and two trash bags for our whole trip which we ended up running out of both.

Couldn’t have found a better place for a girl’s trip! Just the view is worth every dollar. Beach is a quick walk and having chairs to use made such a difference. Owner was quick to respond with any questions.

We spent our spring break here and had a great time. My boys were ages 7 & 5 and loved the pools and easy access to the beach. Everything we could have needed was provided. We enjoyed having access to the beach chairs so there was one less thing to pack! We had an issue with the lock and the owners were super quick to come and help us out.

Very comfortable place to stay with awesome water and sunset views. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and the beach is right across the street! Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen so I could make a little breakfast and coffee to enjoy on the balcony before starting the day.

The property was very nice. We did have some problems with the tv, and as I am elderly and my daughter has health problems, we could not spend all our time at the beach and pool. I loved the balcony view. We had trouble coming up the steps from the beach, as the first step is very steep and has no handrail. We found out on our fifth day there that there was a nearby entrance to the beach for handicapped, but didn't have a chance to try it.

The owner was very quick to answer my questions. The property was clean and alot of small essentials (cleaner, dish soap ect.) Were provided. We would stay again!

This place was absolutely amazing! The rooms looked exactly as pictured and were very clean. The balcony gives you a perfect view of the gulf. I had a question when we checked in and I received a response before I could even put my phone back in my pocket! It is in a wonderful location with 2 beach bar/restaurants within walking distance but the best place is the Cabana Cafe! (Check out the live music at the cabana cafe!)
We found the water pressure to be perfect and the beds were comfy. The beach chairs and umbrella are such a wonderful extra with the place.
My only issue would be with the property itself which is when the pool closes at 10 they lock the gate so you can't even use the key code to come in that way and that's where they have hose off areas. (If there are other wash areas we missed them, it's a large facility)
Overall I would highly highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again! You will not be disappointed!

Location relative to the beach is excellent. View of gulf waters is very nice from this 9th floor unit. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and kids swim toys.
