It is centrally located on calle Mateos Gago, just 50 meters from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests. The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. Marble flooring contrasts nicely against the solid dark wooden furniture, rugs and original art works. There is central air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and high speed fiber optic internet connection. Two windows facing south run across a pleasant living-dining area, from where one can enjoy side views of the Cathedral. There is a sofa, bench, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 6 chairs. Adjacent to the living area is the modern kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Off the kitchen there is a laundry open-room with a washing-machine and dryer. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The 3 rooms are located at the back of the building, making it a quiet and peaceful place to sleep. The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building, with elevator. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, squares, churches - all literally at your doorstep. LATE CHECK-IN Arrivals from 9pm: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival) LOCATION Mateos Gago is a popular street bordering the old Santa Cruz quarter, one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods in Seville, surrounded by the Cathedral and the Alcázar Royal Palace. PARKING The nearest car park is at Cano y Cueto, located 450 metres from the apartment.

Very clean and spacious apartment, perfect location on a pedestrianised street very close to the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace Carrefour Express at Plaza Alfalma is well stocked and an easy walk, taxis available at Alfalma and the Cathedral A good choice for our first visit to Seville

The location and the apartment itself are great. The apartment is clean. Only improvements are related to minor repairs such as bathroom doors and balcony doors don't close or lock. Shower drains are very slow. Aside from that, it was all perfect.

This is a great property. The location is superb. We did not need a cab except to get to and from the airport. Everything we wanted to see was an easy walk. Lots of shops and restaurants as we leave our building.

This apt is located in a great area being close to Alczar & Sevilla Cathedral so many shops & good cafes & bars. Really liked it being on an active pedestrian street but very quite with windows closed. Kitchen very well equipped. Comfortable beds . Only complaint is the tiny bathroom sinks. They are so small it's impossible not to splash water on the floor when washing face or teeth.

This was our favorite apartment during our recent visit to Spain. Clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Right in the middle of the action, near the cathedral, Alcazar, etc. Many restaurants to choose from within steps of the building. Can't wait to visit again!

prima di tutto un sincero ringraziamento per la concessione di poter usufruire della casa fino al pomeriggio. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione che migliore non potrebbe essere e anche l'arredamento si può definire molto buono. Con una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli potrebbe diventare facilmente ottimale. Per esempio controllare la funzionalità dei cassetti , della lavastoviglie e dei fon. Piatti e bicchieri meno eleganti ma più adatti ad essere messi in lavastoviglie. Una padella in più sarebbe sicuramente stata gradita come sicuramente sarebbe stata gradita una macchinetta per il caffè espresso. Far trovare una bottiglia di acqua in frigo è un pensiero sempre molto apprezzato. In case di questo livello queste semplici cose fanno la differenza. Ma comunque sicuramente consigliabile
