About this condo rental
Located in Avon, this attractive condo for $590 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This luxurious condominium provides the perfect setting for a relaxing mountain retreat or fun-filled family vacation. This Beaver Creek Landing condo offers high-end amenities, tasteful furnishings, luxurious finishes, and beautiful views. Perhaps its best feature is its proximity to the mountain – it is mere feet from the lower Beaver Creek express chairlift, providing incredible ski-in and ski-out access to guests. The condo contains three bedrooms, two of which have luxurious king sized beds. The second bedroom has two double beds. This large condo will sleep eight people comfortably. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and there is also a half bathroom. Cook a gourmet meal in the well-equipped and stocked kitchen, which contains everything you will need, including a slow cooker. Or don’t cook and take Dial-a Ride (a free Beaver Creek shuttle service) to the Ritz-Carlton or Beaver Creek Village. There is no need for you to ever drive your car during your stay! This unit is equipped with a brand new 60 inch TV mounted above the beautiful gas fireplace. A DVD player is also included for your entertainment! Two of the bedrooms also have TVs. High speed internet and cable are included. Beaver Creek Landing's lobby is perfect for families. It contains pool and foosball tables, as well as chess on the over-sized coffee table board. Beaver Creek Landing's front desk provides board games for family fun. Whether you're visiting to hit the slopes in the winter or escape the summer heat, this condo is a perfect place to have your vacation. Beaver Creek Landing offers a concierge service for anything that you may need during your stay. 15.71% tax rate. $240 cleaning fee additional as well as property damage protection fee of $99, in lieu of a deposit. Three night minimum.

Our Florida family decided to spend Christmas in Colorado this year and had the best time!
Choosing Beaver Creek Resort and staying at Beaver Creek Landing made for a perfect holiday. From first booking our trip, til the week of our stay, Liz was so attentive and a wonderful resource for all our planning. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with fresh flowers, wine and spectacular mountain views from each of our bedroom windows. The condo is even more beautiful than pictured on VRBO and was our cozy refuge after a day of activities. The well equipped kitchen and dining area allowed us plenty of room for family meals, and the gas fireplace in the living area was enjoyed constantly. A favorite was having coffee in the morning watching the sunrise from our spectacular view. We especially loved the Ski-in Ski-out location, ease of the Ski Butler equipment delivery, ground floor lockers, garage parking and the village shuttle. In minutes we could be in the heart of the village, or back to the Landing away from the crowds.
Highlights of the trip were our proximity to the Ritz Carlton on the “Leave the Beav trail” where we enjoyed lots of Ski Apres’, Christmas Eve service at the Chapel at Beaver Creek, Beanos Cabin and of course a White Christmas holiday!

The property was clean and in great shape. The location was fabulous; truly ski-in, ski out. Important note: the ONLY way back to the condo is via "Leave the Beav". We could not find our way back on the first day. We asked several people working on the mountain and they all gave us different directions, none of which were correct. We appreciated having soap, shampoo, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were there the weekend after Christmas and could not get restaurant reservations, so we did a lot of cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

The linens were very clean and nice. Kitchen was well-equipped. Overall an excellent place and we'd love to stay there again.

Great place to stay!
Overall this was a great place to stay. The lift outside the building was not running the first day we were there because there was not enough snow, therefore, no ski in/ski out. The ski rental shop was also closed the entire time we were there, which made things a little inconvenient with the ski rentals. The shuttle was easy, however being at the bottom of the mountain meant more stops either going into the village or coming home.

Perfect Beaver Creek Ski in/Ski out
We stayed over Christmas with adult children. The townhome was perfect for our group. Much more spacious and beautiful in person! We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location is wonderful- steps to the lift. So convenient! Check in was also very easy. We will definitely be staying here afain!

BC Landing rocks
BC Landing is great and we have stayed at several condos there over the years. The access to the lift is superb, and the condo was brilliant. We’ll be back for sure. It is a great place and you don’t have to take a bus anywhere. Of course this year is different with all the paranoia, so even better that we could ski without basically interacting with anyone.

Great condo!
This was my second time staying in this condo and I love it! The unit is spacious, nicely decorated and well maintained. The unit is well stocked with upscale toiletries, towels, bathrobes, dishes, pots and pans, etc and even nightlights. Location is fantastic. There is a chairlift right outside the building and a ticket office in the building. In addition, there is a shuttle bus stop at the building. I can't wait to stay again!

This property is more gorgeous in person than online. Very well appointed. Beds/linens were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Shuttle service made it easy to get around the area. Lift is right outside our door! So glad I chose this property for my first vacay in CO. Family LOVED it!

Staying at Beaver Creek Landing after my knee replacement turned my initial recovery from being a lonely, unpleasant experience to an enjoyable one - the easy access to skiing for my family made their visits fun for them while also providing support to my husband and me.

Wonderful condo!
I recently stayed in this condo. It was a wonderful vacation. The unit is spacious and well located with a great view. So many little details were taken care of by the owner - plentiful coffee, upscale toiletries, bathrobes in the master bath, and nightlights! The welcome flowers and bottle of wine added a nice touch. Liz was a pleasure to work with - she was professional and replied promptly to all emails. I would love to stay here again.

Great accommodations and ski access!
This property is perfect for up to 6-8 people or 3 couples. The accommodations are very nice with all the necessary items. The set up is great with rentals and lift tickets available within the same building and a ski lift just a few steps outside the door. Communications were great from start to finish. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

First class! Ski-in-ski out
Top floor of four floor building overlooking lift #15 heading up Batchelor Gulch. Great view, quiet, well stocked. We had two couples with a 6 year old son. Rooms were well laid out, clean and comfortably furnished. Kitchen had all we needed - pots, pans, utensils, and lots of left over staples(spices, coffee, teas, sweetners.
We did not have a car - and did not need one. The local free bus/vans took us everywhere -except Avon for groceries. Uber filled the gap. We bought food supplies and ate several days in the unit and other times at restaurants at the base of the mountains.
The ski lockers on ground floor were spacious for 4 sets of ski gear and had automatic doors to help as you loaded in/out every day with arms full. We did not use the hot tub/pool though saw several people using them.
Location - when you leave the building you are in a residential area. If you need anything (groceries, snacks, supplies, etc) you will need to get on bus or free gondola to Avon. Avon has a good grocery store and wine shop.
We would stay here again,!

Best place to stay in Beaver Creek
This is the way to ski! The condo was beautiful and perfectly located. It couldn't be easier to get on and off the slopes. Beautiful views of the mountain. We had no issues and the check in/out process is seamless. We had plenty of room, it was clean and well-stocked, and a wonderful retreat for our family of 6 to return to after a day of skiing. This is our new favorite spot in Beaver Creek!

Wonderful Experience!
The accommodations were wonderful. Condo was really nice and spacious and had beautiful views. We were in a great location, could walk downstairs and hop on a ski lift or take a 10 minute bus ride to downtown. The young guy who works the front desk at the condos was really helpful and patient...and we asked him a ton of questions. We rented our ski gear downstairs at Beaver Creek Sports and Xander (the store manager) was awesome. He took the time to properly fit all 7 of us and went above and beyond as far customer service is concerned. I would highly recommend him.

Great property in great location!
We stayed here with our adult kids and it was so easy to ski in and ski out. We literally walked downstairs, got our skis on and walked out the door to the chairlift. The condo was perfect and clean, beds very comfortable, 3 1/2 baths so enough room for a big family! Also, a washer and dryer. The free dial a ride shuttle made life so much easier too. Call and get picked up for free within 10 minutes! We would definitely consider renting here again.

Love Beaver Creek Landing
We've stayed in several units at BCL and will continue to do so in the future. Love the ski in / ski out location, easy to get to BC Village. Units are awesome, beautifully furnished, comfortable, well stocked kitchens, convenient ski lockers. Great place for several families to stay...our kids love to gather in the lobby for games and socializing. Fire pit! Pool and hot tubs...everything you need to enjoy days on and off the slopes.
