The family room that we booked was big enough for our 4pieces of large luggage. The split system aircon worked well and the TV worked. The bathroom exhaust worked, shower wasn't very hot, but was bearable, good taps. Not enough furniture though as the only table provided was less than 3 feet in diameter. What we did like the most was the hotel lobby's restaurant which cooked delicious meals at a cheap price for us, both for brunch and for very - late dinner, as not many places nearby to get food at this hotel's location. The kitchen staff were friendly and accomodating.
Needs more furniture to put things upon.
