Updated 1900's home in Old Town Arvada only a 6 minute walk to the Light Rail Arvada Station as well as bars and restaurants. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, wood floors throughout except the new tile in the kitchen and all new appliances, furnace and A/C.
Bedrooms are: queen downstairs, full and king upstairs. This is pet friendly so it's a fully fenced yard and a patio to sit and enjoy.
All linens and dishware are included. WiFi, cable and air conditioning too.

This place is adorable! Perfect central location. Adorable yard. Stocked with any thing you could possibly need. Will definitly stay here again when we return to Colorado.

We stayed for a month and enjoyed the house inside and out! Also, being close to Olde Town Arvada was a plus for eating and shopping. The place was very clean and they had many amenities. I would recommend this home!

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. The home has a special personality and character all its own. The kitchen is well stocked. The king sized bed is very comfortable (that’s the only one we used) The owner is very responsive to all our questions. It is a great location, close to Denver attractions. Old Town Arvada is a close walk with shops and restaurants. We would definitely go back again.

Home, property and owner were great. However, the A/C did not work, and while we were there in Denver, it was really hot.
