Located in West Cape May, this charming condo for $165 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The Isenhart House Seaside Vacation Rental is the perfect escape from hectic everyday life. You can sit back, relax and do nothing or fill your days with the varied local activities. It is a bright, sunny, newly renovated 1 BR apartment nestled in a quiet neighborhood between Historic Victorian Cape May and secluded Cape May Point. Enjoy all the comforts of home yet none of the worries! There is a private entrance with a deck for relaxing or eating outside. You can sun yourself on your private deck or sip cold lemonade on our shady front porch. We invite you to share in the bounty of our seasonal vegetable garden. Come pick ripe Jersey tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and more! We have books, movies and board games. We'll even help set up babysitting if needed! We are happy to provide suggestions for restaurants and let you know what's going on in town. Live like the locals. The property is located away from the busy beachfront area of Cape May but close enough to be there within a few minutes, quick bike ride (longer walk but you can do it). You will definitely feel like a local vs just being on vacation, which I liked very much. We stayed in September so it was quieter but I could see it being difficult to find parking in town during high season. No issue off-season. The property is in a good location with access to everything Cape May has to offer. Chris and Randy are super nice people, the kind that you feel you have known for a long time. We traveled with our dog which made this the perfect setting for us. If you dont mind no frills and just a place to hang your hat at the end of the day vs a fancy hotel room, especially if traveling with a pet then this is for you. Its a larger type apartment with everything you need, even bikes which we did use to ride over to the west cape may side to visit the bay beaches and winery. The furnishings are typical of a beach rental, older couches which I would suggest to be replaced with a future upgrade as they are getting tired. But I understand in a pet friendly rental not opting for anything expensive. We did mention to chris that the bedroom ceiling fan could use a look as it was making noise, either tightening up or replacement. Kitchen has everything you need, central air worked great and we were comfortable. You have access to their garden too! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

What a perfect place to stay for a short beach visit! We went down to Cape May on a lark over Labor Day weekend and were so happy to find this place.
The apartment is tidy, pullout sofa worked fine for the kids, the pool is astonishingly sparkling clean, and the carefully tended gardens are charming. If you're coming for the beach and are just looking for a place to spend the evenings, this place hits the spot!
And best of all, the owner's communication was prompt, clear, and friendly.

The pictures of this listing do not do it justice. We would love to come back every year! Chris is just 7 minutes from the beach and a 5 minute drive to a local Acme for any last minute items you need. My sister and I stayed the weekend with her dog, Frankie. Chris was so welcoming and helpful yet made sure we had our private space to thoroughly enjoy the weekend on our own. We even had a few family members join us for an evening. We sincerely appreciate Chris's flexibility and help throughout the weekend. The only piece of feedback is to update the pictures online because her apartment is much more adorable, quaint, bright, clean and beachy than originally presented on the listing. It has everything you need for a short stay. Highly highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The owners we very nice and helpful. The location was extremely clean and accommodating. The back entrance to house was very private.But need some lighting for night time entrance. Over all we had fun in Cape May and loved the location. We are hoping to come back early spring 2024.

We were so happy to stay at Randy and Chris’s place for our weekend in Cape May. Everything was so beautiful, clean, and cozy. Randy and Chris are amazing hosts who are so friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. The house and yard is gorgeous, and the location is perfect- quiet and calm while being just a short ride away from the beach and town. We look forward to staying again!

This was our first time to Cape May. We rented a house because we had our dog with us. The property is perfect for a dog. Unfortunately the weather was not with us, but Chris gave us some great recommendations of restaurants and we truly ate our way through the weekend. The location is perfect and the pool looked great. Chris & Randy also had an assortment of bikes and kayaks that I only wish were able to use. I loved Chris' garden. All sorts of veggies. Had fresh blueberries! We will definitely be back.

This is a very comfortable apartment half a mile from Cape May town and about the same distance from the South Cape May Meadows preserve. Chris greeted us and showed us around and she and Randy were available for questions and recommendations. My wife and I enjoyed a lovely few days in Cape May.

Check in was a breeze. Both Randy and Khris were great and hospitable. The apartment was immaculate and bigger than pictures on ad. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Cape May Wildwood area.

Chris was warm and welcoming when we arrived and was very helpful in telling us things to do and places to go. We would love to stay here again. The property was in a quite neighborhood walking distance to town. About a mile or so.

Quiet neighborhood, lovely, flexible, accommodating owners. The apartment is a clean, large one bedroom - much larger than appears online, attached to owners’ home. You will not find nicer landlords than Chris and Randy. We really enjoyed our deck and the yard. Will definitely be returning!!!!

The apt was much more spacious than I thought and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It’s close to cape may beaches, Higbee beach, walk to west cape may stores. This property could not have been more perfect for our first visit ever to Cape May. The location allowed easy car, bike and walking access to the beach, downtown, restaurants and all attractions yet just far enough away to experience the quaint charm of a neighborhood. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and well stocked. Chris and Randy were elite hosts checking in on us appropriately to ensure that all of our needs were met and answering our questions. The property inside and out was beautiful, clean and well maintained although the sleeper couches were not great. The location was perfect for what I was looking for, quiet and relaxing and a quick drive into town. Perfect quiet week away.

Chris and Randy were so generous, kind and thoughtful throughout our stay! The apartment was perfect for us and our little dog, Layla. The location was perfect for us as well. It was located in a cute neighborhood, far away enough from the crowds of Cape May proper, but close enough that we biked everywhere. We also enjoyed relaxing in their pool or just sitting on the deck. The vegetables from their garden were delicious and plentiful, as well as the beautiful welcome salad made for us on day 1! We felt so comfortable around Chris and Randy, we enjoyed getting to know them and look forward to staying again soon!

This property exceeded all expectations. From first booking, Chris was communicative and so helpful in answering any questions I had. She was accommodating with checking in and was available as needed during our stay. The home itself was well kept and spacious, and having use of the pool was a wonderful bonus. We totally enjoyed our 3 night stay with Chris and Randy. Their one bedroom apartment was a perfect fit for me, my wife and our two dogs. The apartment was clean and stocked with most everything we needed. Their property is very close to most all of the Cape May attractions. We will likely return in the fall.

Chris was an extremely friendly and accommodating host. She was waiting on her front porch in a downpour to make sure we were able to find the property. She helped us carry in our bags and made sure that we had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We were able to walk to some shops and restaurants and found it a very easy drive to the beach, about a mile. The property had a very large above ground pool, large yard, and beautiful vegetable garden. We were very happy with our stay I would love to return!

A little oasis.. flowers and vegetable plants, chickens greet you. One bedroom apt attached to owner's house. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and very large bedroom. Owner VERY pleasant and easy to work with. VERY convenient to downtown Cape May plus very close to many wonderful birding spots.

Great space and location in West Cape May, off the beaten path. Chris is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The clean, comfortable apartment is attached to the owner’s residence and sits amid vegetable gardens and a friendly flock of chickens. Easy to get to all beaches and town. We had a great week, and it was perfect size for an adult with 3 kids. The place was clean, organized, and Chris was a super host. We do not care to be right on the beach so for us the location was perfect. Looking forward to returning!

It was great. We had my pet Jade a red nose pit and our hostess was great. She accommodated all our needs and was so nice. Even met the neighbor across the street. The Winery was nearby and our stay was short but extremely enjoyable. Thanks Chris

I stayed at Chris' house with my 3 month old and 3 year old. My 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed the chickens and backyard. The property is very pretty and peaceful in the evening. It's in a great location, only 5 mins to the beach. The house has everything you would need, and if it doesn't Chris will do her best to get it for you. We look forward to coming back again, especially if the pool is installed :)
