It is right at the centre, 1 min walkable to Jemaa El-Fna which is the happening place of Marrakesh ,staff were very friendly and always smiling .
Wifi was not that great , but manageable . They should provide enough cloth hangers.

Staff were very friendly; Ishmael and Mohammed made me feel very welcome and helped with any queries. The breakfast was lovely, but something needs doing about the bees. The room was very comfy, the bed was excellent, and the AC worked very well.
The bees at breakfast and the main light in my room was very dim.

It was in the middle of the city, it was clean and comfortable, it was amazing!
The walls are thin, so if somebody loud comes you going to hear about it.

The vibe when you get to the parking lot is very ”old city” and rustic. The roads are narrow. Cars can’t drive down. You have to pay someone to walk your luggage to the hotel. Or wheel it yourselves.
There are no elevators.
