Tastefully decorated direct ocean front condo was a delight in a clean, secure & safe building! The ocean vista views from the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen ( peeks from BRs) were picture perfect. Catching the sunrise each morning followed by a peaceful walk on the beach- steps away- made for a fabulous start to our vacation days. Close enough to the Old Orchard Beach Pier action but far enough to enjoy peace & quiet. A great home base to visit Portland & points North or Ogonquit & points South, but condo is very comfortable and roomy enough to stay put & enjoy balcony, couches, 2 BRs and a clean beach! High end TVs and great internet speed to work remotely. Pete was very responsive and provided many restaurant and activity ideas, truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this home away from home!

My husband and I had a nice time at OOB. We werenāt able to stay all that we planned. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. It was wonderful to sit on deck for morning coffee. The outside of building had beautiful flowers being planted all week.
The restaurants recommended by the owners are ones we went to. We happened to meet the owners who were friendly, and nice.
The beach is beautiful and it was nice to hear the oceanās wavesā¦.
We went to Kennebunkport, and Portland too and enjoyed the day trips.
The neighborhood was well serviced by the city.
Itās a nice place to vacationā¦..

Our stay was great. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and all the comforts of home. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. It is right on the beach and thereās a beautiful view from the balcony, living room and dining area. It was close to the Main Street and within walking distance to several restaurants. The host was very helpful and available and couldnāt have been nicer. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

It just so happened that these rentals were not available this winter visit so I frantically searched for a new, clean, quiet place for my family. I was extremely fortunate to find Pete's listing online. After a VERY quick transaction and excellent communication with Pete...I was able to check in to this very beautiful condo unit. I was very impressed with the beachy decor and clean premises. The ocean view and skyline are amazing and more importantly the unit and building were peacefully serene and quiet. We stayed at the Seawatch from June 3rd to June 10th 2017.
The publicity included an indoor swimming pool.. we were not informed that the pool was closed and had been for a little while. We paid for a week un a condo with an indoor swimming pool and that was what we were expecting to have. If we had known we would have rented somewhere else. The owner called us on Monday to advise us that the pool would be repaired on Tuesday but it was not.
We are very unsatisfied with the rental and we think it was not worth the price we paid for. We really took this reservation because there was a indoor pool and we did not get what we paid for.

Perfectly Perfect!
This year marks the 4th or 5th time we've been a guest of Pete and Ann. The condo is fully appointed with everything you might need and is mere steps from the sand and surf. It was immaculate upon arrival. The ocean is mere steps away and can be enjoyed from the balcony at anytime, day or night. The sounds of the waves are soothing and relaxing and just what a vacation should be all about!
There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Try Big Daddy's for burgers, The Landmark for upscale dining and Rising Tide for a no nonsense, casual lobster fix!
The only bad day is the day we depart this wonderful oasis of sun, sand, surf and lobster. We LOVE this place!

It's all about the beach! The condo is front and center for all that OOB has to offer. The view is amazing--looking north along the beach. Peter and Ann have decorated in an attractive "coastal" theme--and it sets the tone for a relaxing seaside vacation. Both bedrooms had loads of storage, and very comfy beds, as well as individual heat controls which was great as my Mom likes her room "warm and cozy." The kitchen was extremely well outfitted. I like to cook and bake and it was so easy with all they have available. Above all though, the condo was immaculate. I am very picky and so appreciated their attention to cleanliness. There is an indoor pool if weather is inclement, but there is also the PERFECT walking beach just steps away for daily exercise or relaxation. The Pier is within walking distance, but although we were there off season imagine it is just the right distance away to insure a more quiet and restful vacation even in the middle of summer. The elevator access as well as the "luggage cart" that Pete and Ann have in their unit which "hauled" a lot of stuff made move-in and out a breeze. If this condo fits your # of guests I can't imagine there is a better condo in all of OOB than this one.

We recently spent a week at Peter and Ann's condo in Old Orchard Beach from Oct 3 to 11, 2015.
The condo was very comfortable for the four of us. Decor very beach like and the view right on the ocean is amazing. We cooked in most of the time and everything we needed was available.. We even cooked lobsters one evening.
We did have a medical emergency one night and the first responders were quick to arrive, they were very efficient and transported my brother in law to hospital in Portland quickly. The care he received was amazing and his outcome was good. Peter very kindly let us have an extra night at the condo before we headed home.
We did go out one night to " The Rising Tide". Not fancy but the food was wonderful ( lobster ).
Enjoyed travelling along Highway 1 and 9 driving through Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, Biddeford Pool to name a few small towns. The colours of trees was beautiful at this time as well. Very quiet this time of year but that is our preference.
All in all a good vacation.

Beautiful condo on the Beach
Pete, you know we love your condo because we keep coming back every year. This year we got to spend a very relaxing 2 weeks and we enjoyed every minute of it. So many hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and breweries all close by. Every year we find something different to enjoy, but most enjoyable are our walks on the beach right outside the door. Then coffee on the balcony watching a beautiful sunrise. If we get a rainy day, we have the indoor heated pool and still have the ocean views right in front of us. Perfect Location
Have been vacationing in Maine for 40+years. This with out a doubt ranks up there on our all time favorites list. The condo is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The views both day and night are spectacular. So much to do in the area even late or off season.The owner's personal suggestions of nearby restaurants and activities was much appreciated.

Amazing Vacation
My daughter found this beautiful condo rental for me. I could not of been any more pleased with it. From the location to the awesome view from the balcony right on the beach. I stayed with one of my other daughter's and my great grandsons who are 5 year old twins. They loved the fact that they could walk right out to the ocean and swim or just play in the sand. The condo is very neat and nicely decorated. You do not need to bring anything for it has plenty. Peter and his wife take very good care of this unit. They made renting the place easy. Hope to return again next year.

Most Relaxing Vacation in Years!
My husband and I had been wanted to get away since January of this year to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary but every time we looked, it was not a good time to go away as we are small business owners. We love the ocean and walking on the beach, smelling the salt air and just sitting and listening to the waves break on the shore. This was the ideal spot for that. The owners Peter and his wife were amazing in getting us pictures, things to do in the area, maps, restaurants, etc. The condo was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. It was within walking distance to local restaurants, the Pier and shopping. The best feature is the view! Right on the beach! Great beach to walk, play horseshoes, volleyball or whatever you like. Peter and his wife were so gracious and friendly. We are looking forward to going back again next year. You will not be disappointed with the condo, the view or the location. It is the most relaxing vacation we have had in 25 years. Like Mikey says "Try it, you'll like it."

Beautiful/relaxing!
We have been back now for a few weeks we really miss being at this beautiful condo. There were three adults and two small children and we had plenty of room. The condo was kid friendly with having a elevator and a few steps to the beach. My 2 year old loved everything, she kept say, "beach, beach". Condo had everything didn't need to bring much except for baby stuff. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony looking out at the calming ocean. We will love to go back next year, if all goes well. GREAT LOCATION
Have reluctantly returned home after 10 wonderful days in OOB. We met friends from Colorado and stayed in this wonderful condo. It was clean, more than adequately supplied with any housewares you may need to feel at home and comfortable. It was convenient to everything, shops, restaurants and not a long drive to the airport. We look forward to staying there again.

Perfect Condo on the Beach!
First of all, thank you Pete and Ann for sharing your wonderful condo with my family and I. You were a pleasure to work with from day 1, and your condo is beautiful. This condo has everything you could need. Every detail was thought about to allow you to make yourself right at home. The view is spectacular and we loved getting up each morning and looking out at the ocean. There is nothing like hearing the waves right from your living room! With 2 small children it was so convenient to be able to go back and forth from the beach to the condo for lunch and naps, etc. In years past we had lugged a beach cart and paid for parking each day. We left the beach cart home this year! You are close enough to the Pier to walk to all that it has to offer but far enough away where it's nice and quiet and relaxed. We grabbed our chairs and headed to the beach to watch the fireworks right outside the condo building on Thursday, which are great by the way, and then headed right back in to put our son to bed. We had a couple of crummy weather days but the kids still got to swim in the indoor pool which they loved and even when it rained, you still have that view! We absolutely loved our stay, we can't wait to go back next year! Thanks again!

We had a very enjoyable experience and were impressed withe the comfort and cleanliness of the condo; we also appreciated how very well it was appointed. Perfect Maine Beach Vacation
My family (13 and 15 year old boys, my husband and I) had a terrific vacation at Peter and Ann's Sea Watch beach home. The unit itself was so clean, roomy, and comfortable. The beach was outstanding - has to be the best beach on New England, if you like wide, clean, sandy beaches that go on for miles. Plenty of room to throw a frisbee and football, and spread out your towel and chair for some peaceful reading. It was fun being able to walk to so many great restaurants from the condo, rent bikes and sight see through all the adjacent beach communities, enjoy some fund rides at the amusement park, play tennis and basketball at the lovely park in OOB, and take many long walks and runs along the beach. We also enjoyed Portland: taking a cruise in Casco Bay, seeing a minor league Red Sox baseball game, and eating at several of the places seen on Man vs. Food (remember - two teenage boys...). We will be returning to Sea Watch next summer!

Thanks for sharing your wonderful summer home with us. Your thoughtfulness is very evident in all you do to make your guests comfortable. Bill and I really enjoyed our relaxing early morning walks on the beach and watching the beautiful sunrises. I took lots of photos and framed some of the sunrises to hang in our office. Each time I look at them it renews the wonderful sense of peace I felt during our stay at OOB.

We had a great time staying at #202 Sea Watch Condos. The unit was very fresh, bright, and clean. We were with another couple who also thought highly of the unit. The sunrise was spectacular through the light clouds. If we were to come back to the area, we certainly would stay here again.

We had a wonderful vaction! The location is fantastic! It was so relaxing to just walk out to the beach
or to sit on the balcony overlooking the beach. I miss my morning walks along the beach down to the pier to get my coffee. Everything is so near; you can really relax. The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Packing for this vacation was easy since everything we needed was already there. This is definitely the best place we've rented in Maine.

This was our second year at OOB with Pete Cap. He is a gracious host and the condo is beautiful !! The new decor is wonderful and the condo is full of supplies which made packing our car a breeze.
