About this apartment rental
This beautiful condo has a large deck (with bar) overlooking the Guadalupe River. It is 'elevated' with parking underneath and stairs. We enjoy a 400' cliff across the river where wild goats can be seen morning and evening as well as deer, wild turkeys and a variety bird life.
The condo is new construction with granite counter tops, tile floors, full kitchen (ref., microwave, stove w/cook top, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, etc.), washer and dryer, grill downstairs.
Linens are provided. Towels, wash cloths are not provided.
Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has queen over queen bunk beds.
The living room has a large sectional couch. T.V.s (satellite) are in living room and master bedroom.
Bring your MP3 player. We have receiver and speakers.

We had a great stay at the river house! The place was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with a group of 5 long time friends, being waterfront was a huge plus along with being right next to the road down to the river! The place was super clean, Amanda the host was very kind and I’ll definitely be back with friends or family!

We booked this spot for a weekend river trip and we had the best time! The house was clean and cozy and we had an access ramp that went straight to the river. The host was very friendly and communicated with me promptly about our stay. Definitely recommend for your river trip get away!
