New Condo, awesome elevated view of Guadalupe River and 400 foot river beach
About this condo rental
Nestled in Canyon Lake, this lovely condo for $650 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This beautiful condo has a large deck (with bar) overlooking the Guadalupe River. It is 'elevated' with parking underneath and stairs. We enjoy a 400' cliff across the river where wild goats can be seen morning and evening as well as deer, wild turkeys and a variety bird life. The condo is new construction with granite counter tops, tile floors, full kitchen (ref., microwave, stove w/cook top, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, etc.), washer and dryer, grill downstairs. Linens are provided. Towels, wash cloths are not provided. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has queen over queen bunk beds. The living room has a large sectional couch. T.V.s (satellite) are in living room and master bedroom. Bring your MP3 player. We have receiver and speakers.

My wife and I brought the kids down for a last min vacation. Amanda the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. Property was fully stocked and super clean and well taken care of. The house has a incredible view and a huge beach it’s shared with other houses however plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of anyone. It’s next door to Caps for easy access to transport to go upriver to tube. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back our kids loved everything about the trip! Thanks Amanda for having us!

This house was absolute perfect for our family trip to the Guadalupe! The house was right next to the gravel area on the water with beautiful views of the river. The host was extremely responsive! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Location and Perfect House!!
My friends and I loved this house and how clean it was. The ability to be so close to the river made the house even better. Amanda was a perfect host making sure to accommodate my need. Would give this place more stars if I could and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to the river and want an excellent experience.

Charged “cleaning fee” and I’m not sure why. I do not agree with have to strip the bedding or throwing all trash at the dumpsters. The good thing was that this was one of the best equipped kitchens and plenty of outdoor seating while you grill. One more negative was the water pressure in the hall bathroom- there is NONE. We will visit New Brunsfeld again. We will find a place closer to the comal river as the Guadalupe does not have enough water for a seamless float. If the river isn’t your prime reason for going then this place is great. I would challenge the cleaning fee however.

Nice new property, Beds comfortable, Covered parking, Modern kitchen with all the stuff you will need. Worth the money to be on the river
Nice new property, Beds comfortable, Covered parking, Modern kitchen with all the stuff you will need. Walk right next door to Caps and rent tubes and they will pick you up 2 hrs (4 if you want) down river and bring you back. Yes everything is just like normal.

The property was beautiful and was in an amazing location. We had a gorgeous view of the Guadalupe river and were in walking distance from tube rental places. The owner was super sweet and easy to work with!

This house is beautiful. Nicely furnished, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. It is just feet away from the river with beautiful scenery! We were far enough away from busy streets but close enough to get to wherever we need to go (shopping in Gruene, restaurants, etc). We will be back for sure. Thanks for a great getaway!!

LOVED this condo!
The scenery is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Had a girls weekend and enjoyed everything! It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. However, close enough to still go to during the day/night. The condo was very clean, spacious, and decorated very nicely. Wish we could have stayed a little longer than we did!

Awesome Memorial Weekend!
This was our second stay at Cliff View Condo #5 for Memorial weekend, and just like last year, it did not disappoint!
The condo is river front with a beautiful view and neighbors only to the left. The condo is very clean with comfortable beds. We are not big on floating, so we love this place because we can set up on the rock beach, enjoy the river, and see floaters as they pass by. The location in convenient to River Road Ice House and Whitewater Amphitheater. In my personal opinion, this is the best condo in the complex. We cannot wait to visit again!
