We had a very nice time. Our dog loved the yard. Everything worked and was clean. We only wished there was a window covering above the claw foot tub as the sun shone on our faces early morning making it hard to sleep in. We recommend.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We spent most of our days hiking, but we enjoyed quiet evenings at this cottage.

We were so pleasantly surprised at this VRBO. The house was modern, well equipped, clean and well located. We truly had a relaxing time with our friend. Our little 5lbs toy poodle loved the grass too and she was such a good girl! We did notice there was a tiny water leak in the fridge from the freezer. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would recommend this VRBO to friends and family and would stay again if we are ever back to Kanab.

We were doing a bucket list of parks, and this house was just perfect for two senior folks, and their three fur children. Having the green and lush lawn made the visit much better especially for the fur kids!

Super cute, decorative, and very clean place to stay. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. We will be back since it was hard to leave this place. The llamas in the neighborhood are a huge plus!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab. The weather held up for great 5 mile hikes in the area, the two bedrooms were perfect for two couples and our dog. The fenced in yard and back deck was quite nice and fully equipped kitchen was perfect! Highly recommend staying here!

This was a lovely, spacious home! There were just 2 of us, so we made good use of the large closets.. It was a quiet neighborhood and the house was well-supplied. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Went to visit my daughter in Kanab for Thanksgiving. There were 3 of us and her place was too small for everyone. Found this cute little gem. Not only was it adorable, it was clean and very comfy. We had our little dog with us and the fenced backyard was great! We were pleasantly surprised to see all the deer and so close. Literally right next to the backyard fence and one was a buck. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of dishes to support out Thanksgiving meal. We look forward to coming back. Michelle is an amazing host!!!!

We stayed for a week in late September after a 3 day stay last fall. This is a very nice base for exploring the beauty all around Kanab. Property owners were very responsive to the few issues we found. Our dog very much enjoyed the fenced yard. We were able to stream movies and watch football on the Amazon FireStick TV. Big walk-in closet was perfect for both luggage storage and late-night computer work since it has an outlet. House is perfect for a couple plus pet. Hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed this little home. It was perfect for 4 adults and our little labrador Ruby. It felt like home after our adventures every day, cosy, comfy, easy to cook for ourselves, and lovely and clean. Beautiful fluffy towels were much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

What a lovely little retreat!!! We spent four nights at Michelle’s rental home while we explored and hiked in the area. What a wonderful home and a great host! The decor is lovely, the furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The house was absolutely spotless and well cared for. We would be delighted to stay their again.

We loved our stay at the Copper Top house - nice quiet neighborhood and house had everything that we needed. Nice neighbors also. Do bring your own shampoo and stuff for the shower, but more than one could need or expect in the kitchen. Michelle was a great host and very quick with communications!

Copper Top Cottage is amazing! Everything you need for a get away: well equipped kitchen, gas grill, cozy living room and dining area although the back porch is perfect for coffee, lunch and dinner! The backyard is great for pups. Master suite with access to back porch and second bedroom and bathroom allows for privacy. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed at.

This cozy little cottage was the perfect place to call home for 5 nights! We loved everything about it! The claw foot tub was added bonus as I soaked each evening after taking long and scenic hikes each day! The location is ideal!! So many sights and activities to choose from in this area. Rocking V and Wild Thyme Cafe we’re both were excellent dining choices! We also enjoyed Big Al’s as a not so healthy option - which reminded us of taking a step back in time. We would highly recommend Kanab and this property.

very nice place, convenient quiet location, comfortable.. Unfortunately some of the cooking pots were dirty from past users and we had some issues with the toilets . we managed by only using 1 of the two toilets. Did not want to bother the owners with this as it was manageable. Would still give this 5 star rating, just need some attention to maintenance and followup after previous guests. we called this our Princess Palace, a wonderful place to relax after long days of hiking.

In searching for a dark sky type of city as well as a comfortable house where I could set up my equipment and either sit outside or inside as I use remote control to aim and image objects with the telescope. House is in a quiet neighborhood just south of the city and is only a few minutes at the most from restaurants, and a few more minutes to some great hiking.

Coppertop is as advertised, comfortable and well equipped, very clean and well kept. Not in walking distance to downtown Kanab, but great base camp for exploring south eastern Utah. Highly recommend!
