If you are looking for a place to escape and have a memorable vacation, this rental is for you. Located directly on the beach you wake up to a breathtaking view on our private balcony. Overlooking the famous Folly Pier, you will have private beach access, and covered, gated parking. Or soak it up in one of the two oceanfront pools! With less than 1 minute of walking, you will be on Center St. known for Folly's famous restaurants, surf shops, and nightlife! With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room you have all the space you need! Condo rental also includes linens, cleaning products, and paper products, dish soap, laundry soap; everything is ready for you upon arrival! Don't forget to make time for Historic Charleston! Located 15 minutes from downtown Charleston you can visit the aquarium, stroll through the famous plantations, enjoy a sunset cruise through Charleston Harbor, or take a carriage ride downtown. Learn to surf or paddleboard. Or go kayaking on the Folly River. Folly Beach is a great place for boating or fishing. It is adjacent to the Tides Hotel, where you can rent jet skis or walk up to the outdoor tiki bar. It's a great place for happy hour or lunch on the oceanfront patio! This condo offers the perfect relaxing retreat! Sleeps 6 (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) 3 bathrooms, 2 parking passes. Note: Free WIFI, no smoking, please. You must be at least 25 to rent the unit. Maximum booking 14 nights. Pools are open from April 1st through October. The City of Folly Beach has a beach renourishment scheduled for this spring. The project started at the county park's west end and will progress towards the pier in blocks. It should be complete by August. While most of the beach will remain open, there is a possibility that some sections may be temporarily closed. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days. The condo was perfect for my family! It was well-stocked with anything we would need (kitchenware, towels, beach chairs, etc.), and the view/beach access was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Amazing host, clean villa with all extra touches you might need while checking in after a long ride. Location is hard to beat- walking distance to the Central street restaurants and small shops. This was our third time with the same host and 12th time on the Folly. 2 things for the property management: our side elevator was out of business for 2 days and then fire alarm went off one night after midnight and did not stop for more than an hour. We understand that things happen and obviously have nothing against the host, but would appreciate some level of communication about those events. Nobody called to check on us or to give us any kind of reassurance or information. Consider that it was 3 out of 7 days affected, I believe that the property management could of done a better job.

The condo was fantastic! Everything we needed was provided including a big balcony with an awesome ocean view. Having carts available to transport our luggage was great. And the condo was close to an elevator.

This is an awesome place for ocean front views. Easy walking distance to the pier for ice cream and to the amazing restaurants and shopping.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was right on the beach. Great view and large balcony. Loved the location. Very low key but also had several restaurants in walking distance and only a short 20 to 30 min drive to anything you want to see in Charleston. Will be back!

Property was fine. However, working on the parking area during this time was not the greatest. Under building parking area was closed when we came back to the unit one night. Finding a parking space close to elevators was difficult and made it hard for us as we had two elderly family members. Otherwise, things were great!

We had an amazing time in folly beach and the condo truly felt like home away from home. Location is perfect and cozy. Can’t say enough about the short walk to the lost dog cafe for breakfast and Rita’s for dinner.

Look no further! We made a mistake on our check-out date and the owner couldn’t have been any more understanding! The most well-stocked condo I’ve ever rented. We even left some supplies that we carried! Booked for next year the day we returned! Senior mother, aunt and daughter/neice!

The property is wonderful. It has gorgeous views and you can hear the ocean from the condo. The check in process is super easy and the condo is great. The condo is stocked with everything and more. The location is close to downtown Charleston and there is plenty to do.

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I have had a very busy few years and wanted a week away to rest, enjoy the shore and recover. We arrived to a meticulously clean, beautifully appointed condominium. Everything was exactly as described. We cooked there every day and didn't need anything more than was provided. I was so surprised to find all the paper products, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap there for us to use. The beds were very comfortable, the view from the balcony is spectacular. We walked to everything down town Folly had to offer with ease. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The owners answered all our questions and responded to one minor issue we had immediately. So helpful! It was a great vacation and this was the perfect place to stay. It was so nice, we wished we could stay another week or two! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

This is the best condo we’ve stayed in on Folly. The unit was very well appointed- there wasn’t a thing we needed that we couldn’t find (utensils, trash bags, paper products, detergent, beach gear, etc.). Also, the location, ease of access, amenities & view were hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, excellent hosts. The property is nicely decorated with updated master’s bathroom. You cannot beat the view from the balcony. Nice touch is some extras for starts ups. It is a walking distance to the best Folly’s restaurants. Hope that pier will be functioning next summer.
