Our family of 6 adults2 kids were v comfortable here. Everyone had a nice bed and use of 3.5 baths. Condo was just as advertised: clean, hot showers, comfy beds, soft sheets, good WiFi and a spacious lanai w a spectacular view.We brought our own beach chairs and STRONG umbrella tho FB Chair Rental is right next door.The complex couldn’t be situated more conveniently to the shops and restaurants on Center Street. We rented golf carts but didn’t need them.Kitchen had the essentials, inc a beverage center, toaster oven and blender. The pots and pans were plentiful though the larger pan was no longer nonstick. Some spices were provided.A few things to note: Guests are asked to bring beach towels, kitchen towels, dishrags, TP, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent.You are limited to 2 cars. We asked for an extra pass (at our expense) but none were avail.We stayed Memorial Day weekend, and the non lifeguarded pool had a sign that it closed at 5pm weekdays and 7pm Fri and Sat, That was a big disappointment as the beach was packed w revelers. We contacted the regime and they said it was supposed to be open til dusk. The padlock said otherwise. Finally on Wednesday they removed the sign and opened it til dark. No idea if that’s normal. **If you’re traveling with small kids, as we were, move the lanai sofa away from the railing (see photo) as soon as you arrive, so they cannot climb onto it and go over the railing**Overall. a great stay and would recommend.

Great property and location. Nicely updated unit in a charming beach town. Plan to bring basic cleaning supplies/trash bags/ toilet paper etc as unit was not really stocked with enough for a 4 bed/bath condo with capacity for 10 people. Management company did bring more supplies once requested, but I feel this should be already stocked in a rental at this price point. Also asked for early check in and was repeatedly told to check back in with the management company instead of just saying it’s not available until contacted time.

Check in was at 4… the cleaners were there until 5:30. They said “very dirty”. No window treatments at all in the living area and black Insta Shades in the master bedroom. It was impossible to manually fold them up because the clips they came with would not hold them up. Very disappointing to pay that kind of money and then have zero ocean view due to Insta Shades. Only one elevator was working. We were told upon check in that the pool area would be open on Monday. It was Thursday before it was open. This made beach access much harder than it needed to be with having to go down the sidewalk in front of the property to the walkway
