You'll be living like a local. Find your preferred relaxation spot on one of the 2 full-length porches, in the hammock, or the outdoor shaded seating area. The lush yard is fenced in, so it is perfect for your family pet to tag along. Grill meals on the charcoal grill, use the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach, sit by the firepit, and shoot some hoops in the evening at the provided basketball hoop. Enter the open living room as you walk through the front door, which leads into the dining room and fully stocked, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Bar seating for 2 allows your kids or friends to entertain you while cooking. Dining room has a long table for seating up to 8 people, eating family meals, and gathering together to play card games in the evenings. Stretch out on the sectional sofa in the living room to watch TV. Hardwood floors and coastal décor throughout give the home a clean, fresh, cozy feel. The half bathroom is located off of the living area. All 3 bedrooms are found on the second floor with the 2 remaining full bathrooms. Large king master bedroom has a TV and large closet. The private, full master bathroom is inclusive of a standing shower with a seat, garden tub for soaking, and double vanity. Queen bedroom down the hall has a view of the porch and lots of light. Third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a set of twin bunk beds, and a fold down full futon. Just outside in the hall is the full bathroom for these two rooms to share. Second floor hallway has access to the upstairs covered porch, if you just need a little escape from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the house. Take the stairs off the main floor hall down to the ground floor game room, 3rd full bathroom, and 4th bedroom! Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of pool in the game room at the full-size pool table. Kick back in the lounging area cheering on the players with a cool beverage made at the wet bar. A great place to put the kids for a movie is in the 4th bedroom on the queen futon. The game room provides easy access to a porch to where you can dine outdoors on the picnic table. This quaint property feels like your own single family home, only sharing a back wall with the other half of the duplex. All areas of the home are private, and no common areas or entrances shared with the other side. Enjoy the large outdoor shower on the side of the home and hang out in the landscaped yard while dinner is grilled out on the charcoal grill. Head into town one block away to wander through Center Street shops and restaurants. Take a walk down or fish from the second longest fishing pier on the east coast, the Edwin S. Taylor Fishing Pier. Close by beach accesses with life guards on duty near the hotel during peak season months. Bike to the far east end of Folly, down E. Ashley Ave, to the ¼ mile walking path leading to the picturesque beach to take in the serene view of Morris Island Lighthouse. The farthest point at the west of the island has the Folly Beach County Park and more manned lifeguard stations. Several local tour companies offer paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and shelling tours, sunset cruises for dolphin watching, as well as surfing lessons. Historic downtown Charleston is a mere 25 minute drive away. Neighboring towns of James Island, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Isle Of Palms, & Wild Dunes all have something special to offer, whether you are a foodie, into golf, historic sites, or craft brews. Blue Pearl is strictly non-smoking and is a family vacation rental. Home is pet-friendly with a $125 non-refundable pet fee plus tax, per pet, which would need to be paid directly through the property management company after booking if you would like to bring any furry companions. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. We hope to see you soon! Beach renourishment is expected to begin in March 2024. During this time, areas of the beach may be temporarily closed and/or impacted. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. House is perfect location to access beach and restaurants and shops. Great fenced yard for younger kids or pets. Parking for 3-4 cars in driveway. House was very comfortable for 10 people.

House was just ask described and perfect for our needs. Some kitchen items required cleaning before use but it was well stocked. Furnishings were comfortable and easily accommodated our group of 6 adults. We could not figure out the rope lights on the porch steps so it was pretty dark at night until you got about halfway up the stairs. Kept forgetting to call and ask about them. Loved all the windows- made the rainy day much better. The yard was fantastic-, functional , private, and beautiful. We took advantage of the beach gear rental and got bikes-rode them every day! Great place- would have stayed for weeks!

We loved our time in Folly Beach! The house was the perfect respite from busy days in Charleston. Minutes from the beach, we could start and finish our day there, after the hustle of the city. The house was the ideal place to relax and recharge. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a divine couch. Next time I’m in Charleston, I’ll be staying here again!

6 adults stayed comfortably in this house. Location was perfect. We specially enjoyed all the available outside decks and fire pit area. Basketball ball hoop was a plus. We took advantage of the credit for rentals and got a few bikes and cornhole. Would highly recommend this house.

Our trip consisted of our family of 5 and our best friends family of 4. Ages ranged from 2-8. The house was perfect! Close to everything, including the beach. The fenced in property was a great addition to keeping 5 littles in the yard. Will definitely be revisiting!

We were two families with six kids between us. Five boys and one girl. We chose this house because of all the boy space!! Fire pit, basketball hoop, pool table room. Multiple porches to gather up on. Side deck with picnic table!! So-many-places! The living area, and the bedrooms were perfectly appointed. It was such a great experience. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner had extension cords around dressers that covered hard to reach plugs. The Wi-Fi was very strong. The whole weekend was so great. We live in Charleston and just wanted to get away to the beach. It was a perfect retreat. Thank you, so much!!

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 plus grandparents. The location is excellent for exploring the beach and local shops/restaurants. The kids enjoyed playing billiards and shooting hoops. Do be aware this house has several steps which was not any issue for our group but could potentially be a concern. The house was well stocked with everything needed for making meals at home plus a Kuerig machine for morning coffee. The fenced yard was a plus for privacy and for our dog. Would definitely stay at this house again.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Blue Pearl. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to town and the beach. And we loved the yard!

We enjoyed our week long get away to Folly. The house had a great lay out and the yard was very well done. We played corn hole and had fires in the fire pit! My only complaint was that the yard had lots of mosquitos and the basketball hoop pictured was missing. We will be back!
