One of Folly's Best! This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home is just a walk across the street from the beach and boasts tidal marsh views in back. Under the home you will find an outdoor shower, ample covered parking, and a fenced in yard. Lounge on the back deck and take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful marsh. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! Inside, the open layout creates a comfortable and spacious area for the whole family to come together. The home has recently had a new HVAC split installed for both the upstairs and downstairs to ensure your comfort year-round. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and a washer and dryer for your use. On the first floor there is a large primary suite w/king bed and private bath, one bedroom with twin beds and one with a queen share a hall bath, and upstairs 2 oversized bedrooms with king beds share a bath with large walk-in shower. This home is sure to please with room to vacation with ease! 1304 E Ashley allows up to 2 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. The East Ashley home was ideally located right across the street from the beach. The beach itself was beautiful and clean. The home was as advertised and had plenty of space for all six of us. (You cold easily fit another 4 if you needed to.). The bathrooms were cleaned and well stocked. Best Rentals left us some essentials that were perfect to feel right at home and well prepared for our travel. Each bed was comfortable and the ac, tv, fridge, sink, grill, and dishwasher all worked great. Zero complaints. We highly recommend this rental.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. The fenced yard for the dogs was so nice. The back deck was marvelous
