About this villa rental
Villa Delfini is situated in a quiet area at 800 meters from the village of San Vito Lo Capo, famous for the white sandy beach. The villa is surrounded by a large, rustic garden with typical Mediterranean plants.
Our villa is composed by 2 twins units which can be rented together or separately,
The smallest (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) is suitable to a 6 people group, the biggest (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) to a 9 people group.
Here we describe the whole villa:
-two living rooms/kitchens with two double sofa beds, air conditioning satellite TV ;
- 2 kitchens equipped with microwave oven, refrigeretors and freezers;
-five double bedroom with air conditioning ( in the corridor) and wardrobe;
-three bathrooms with shower
-two washing machines
-covered independent terraces
-1 outdoor kitchen (smallest unit)
there is a large common rustic garden with barbecue, chairs, tables.
The proximity to the village and the beach is ideal for pleasant walks on footh or by bike.
- transfer service to the beach (very cheap) on demand
- beach umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach on demand
- transfer service from and to the airport on demand.
Our villa is close to the entntrance to Calamancia Free climbing site, and to calancina rock sea.

Le fotografie corrispondono alla descrizione, la casa è comoda e fornita di tutti i comfort, noi eravamo in 4 più due bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le note positive sono anche la comoda doccia esterna e l'angolo cottura esterno. La posizione è tranquilla e a meno di un km dal centro, noi avevamo delle biciclette in dotazione e ci sono state utilissime, avevano anche i seggiolini per i bambini. Conoscendo già la zona, abbiamo deciso apposta di optare per questa soluzione in posizione più tranquilla, il parcheggio recintato per le macchine non è una cosa scontata a san vito, e soprattutto la casa consente di stare fuori dal caos del centro. La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima e gentile, preziosa anche nei consigli. È vero che i telefoni non hanno campo, ma la wifi ha funzionato benissimo per tutti.
