Exceptional

we've been here probably 5 times and we still like it. this facility is created primarily by wonderful people. it is thanks to them that we feel good and safe here. they are always helpful, answer all questions and offer advice. the place is wonderful, big, spacious and very clean. the kitchen is perfectly equipped. a large bed in the bedroom will satisfy the most demanding. and the living room is conducive to relaxation. the pools on the property are beautiful, big and clean. access to attractions in paphos is easy and fast both by car and by bus. I recommend it to everyone with full confidence. we will definitely come back here again.

Exceptional

Everything will be allright. The owners are the best in the world, very helpful people. No problems with accommodation. The apartment is fully equipped, everything your heart desires is. Wifi works without problems. Everywhere nearby. Large swimming pool with a beautiful view. And who prefers beaches, a 10-minute walk and you are there. I recommend it for groups of friends, families with children and couples.

Kitchen is clean and well appointed and the bathroom clean and tidy. Pool looked clean and inviting. Questions re. directions were received graciously. The bus stop is close by.Washing machine was handy.

Mosquitoes! No insect screens to open the doors or windows to air the rooms. Damp couch with a musty smell. Bed was ok but not great and the furnishings are dated. I stayed 8 days without the any bins being emptied or linen changed. No English language TV channels, just Greek, which I don't understand.

Wonderful place for a family vacation

This is a very nice place, it's clean, comfy and it comes with everything you need, including the AC in the living room and another AC in the bedroom and the washing machine. The location is good, walking distance to some beaches while others are easily reachable by bus, with the bus stop one minute from the property. Lidl is 10 min walking away or a few minutes by bus which makes grocery shopping easy.

The check in is at 3 pm while the check out is at 11am which is not unusual but it may not be very convenient.

We felt home.

The property was comfortable, well equipped and in a great central location. It has a very big terrace with the option to park the car there. The property is secure which was especially important for us as we traveled with a 4 years old. We hired a car from the owners, Christina and Leo Opsimos. They came to pick us up from the airport and also dropped us off. The owners are very kind, it is a lovely family run business. We could turn to them with any issues and questions, they were only happy to help. We will be definitely back!

All around carefree vacation with nice locals

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. However, the hosts not only had apartments, but also rent cars and provide a shuttle service to the airport, which we used after we arrived. In addition, they were always very friendly and accommodating, available for a quick chat, and always interested in the carefree nature of our stay.

Ikaria Village

Very clean and welcoming. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. They have thought carefully about what you would need and provided good quality facilities. The location is perfect with beautiful views. Great for walking along the coast and good access to supermarkets and sightseeing.

The shower tray filled up when being used and the shower head slipped down the pole constantly. Very minor irritations in the scheme of things.

Everything was great, I would definitely recommend

Everything was great, the apartment was clean and comfortable. It has an air-condition as well which makes the hot days pleasant. The pool is near as well, the owners were very nice and helpful in every situation. I would definitely recommend!

I can not say any negative things about it.

Wow, Photos do not reflect what condition the apartment is in. It was extremely clean. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Available right next door at car rental. And a private pool, our niece was in heaven. :D

We were not very lucky and the road next to us was being repaired. But thanks to that we started days earlier and had more time for sightseeing. ;]

Loved it, would recommend to anyone.

Was self contained so no breakfast. Family stayed King Evelthon hotel so was nearest accommodation to them. Also good bus route to Paphos Harbour and bus station

Heaven :)

Wonderful place!!! Fantastic owner, helpful in any matter. Apartment large and clean. Large bedroom with a large window overlooking the sea. There is a great fold-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom with shower. TV and internet work fine. Beautiful large terrace in front of the entrance to the apartment. The biggest advantage is the huge swimming pool 20 meters away from the apartment. Bus stop 50 meters from the apartment. A beautiful place to rest. You must come back there !!!

Superb

Comfortable apartment, which is separated from the sea by a street and a small passage. Bus stop 1 minute from the house. Hosts are very helpful. After my complaining of the noise in the bedroom because of the cars just outside, the owner sent a team and put on the external blinds. It was great!
