For self catering accommodation, it was very well equipped
It was described as a luxury apartment but there was things that could’ve been better. The outside furniture had green mode on and so did the glass barriers on the outside. It looked very tired and I would describe it as nice but not luxury.

Staff friendly
We arrived by taxi with two suitcases. When we checked in we were told that we would have to drag our cases to our accommodation as they could not supply assistance or a (golf) buggy service.
WHAT!!
We are fairly elderly but the check in lady insisted that we would have to take charge of our cases. So we did! 15 minutes dragging our cases in hot weather - unbelievable! Not happy, that obviously spoilt our stay. Glad to say we won’t be coming back any time soon! (Wonder if anyone will read this?).
