Located in Bullhead City, this attractive condo for $175 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This unit is on the river side of the gated community. The garage is below the living area, and the bedrooms and full baths are above the living area. There are 2 bedrooms, the Master with an adjustable King Bed, and the guest with an adjustable Queen bed. There are also 2 single sized hide-a-beds in the unit, that can be used in the bedrooms or in the living area. There is a large shower in the Master Bath, and a Tub/Shower combo in the 2nd full bathroom. The dining table has 4 chairs, and 4 bar stools are the same height at the counter, and can be used at the table for a larger seating area The unit is fully furnished with dishes, linens, and all of the amenities you might need. The home has been fully remodeled, including all new appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There are 4 chairs on the main balcony, and 4 chairs on the Master Balcony. ** Ring.com is used for surveillance in the shared garage, the doorbell at the unit, and the lower deck area **

I can say one of theost comfortable places we've stayed. Cheryl, owner, is so incredibly responsive! We enjoyed a warm fire a couple of nights after long bowling tournament days. Everything was amazing. Master bedroom bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable! Hope to stay with this host for future bowling tournaments.

Very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Kitchen had a full assortment of pots, pans and dishes. Had a minor issue with the door code, but this was quickly resolved by the host. The place has a nice view of the river and it's only a short drive over to Laughlin. There's a grocery store close by too. Would stay here again.

I took my mother on a mini staycation to this adorable condo and was so happy with my choice. The views were breathtaking, the location was central to everything we needed and it was calm and peaceful. The neighbors were quiet, everyone was courteous and the condo was very clean. I would highly recommend this place for a single person, couple, or family. It had a welcoming feeling, and all the amenities any age group would require for downtime.

The place was spacious, homey, and fully equipped. The garage below was large enough for two cars (end to end). Gated community. A very relaxing place to stay and unwind.

Place is very nice. Freshly remodeled. Has access to a dock and boat slips on the property itself. Best part is the view and being able to go out to ride and take breaks while enjoying the condo. Definitely will book again in the future.

Some unexpected issues occurred but the atmosphere was lovely. Issues I know couldn’t be the Norm it’s all about The unexpected at times. Has lovely glasses for any drink you could possibly want and the Decour is very uplifting :-)

Lots of stairs, if you travel heavy great workout. Place needed better cleaning, oven, microwave, toaster rusty. Overall nice decore . Main t.v. Hard to use, not use to streaming. Great sunsets. A couple nights tranquil atmosphere was disturbed by dog fights. Overall had a nice time.

We loved just about everything, had a wonderful stay. Great view, great neighbor’s. The only thing that could have made our stay better is a better, would be a better bed in guest room, hard time getting comfortable with springs poking.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable and had everything a family needed. The view was nice and the community was quiet. Perfect place to come back to after a soccer tournament.

Amazing Condo!

Amazing Condo!

This beautiful condo has all of the comforts of home and more. It is beautifully decorated, has a fully stocked kitchen and the washer/dry work extremely well. The view from the living room balcony is stunning and we loved just sitting out there every evening for cocktails. The beds are SO comfortable and although I saw an earlier review that said the guest bedroom was small I completely disagree. It was a nice size with a super comfortable queen sized bed and still lots of space in the room. The owner Cheryl is very nice and extremely responsive (I only needed her for issues I caused, not issues with the condo). One small thing is that it takes a while to get the hot water to the master bath shower but if you are patient you will be rewarded with a fantastic shower head and really good water pressure. We will stay in the condo as often as we can!

Best spot in Bullhead/Laughlin

This is an amazing property. Great views and a nice open floorplan. The kitchen is also fully stocked so that was a pleasant surprise. To top it all off- the owner went out of her way to return my credit card that I mistakenly left behind. I was very impressed and hope I can stay here again.
