Location. Host and the view were spectacular!

Clean, great location, quiet, amazing view.

The host was not readily available. One night we returned home at approximately 730pm from the beach and there was no water. I called and texted the host several times, but did not receive a response until the next morning. Luckily, I was able to locate the breaker box and one of the switches, mislabeled “garage”, was off. I flipped this switch, it made a loud mechanical sound and sure enough it was for the water pump. Also, water leaks dripping from the ceiling in several locations throughout the house, one of which dripped right on top of the mattress where we slept after a tropical storm swept through the island. The drips were rather slow, about one every minute, and I was told that this only happens with extraordinary amounts of heavy rain coupled with strong winds. The dripping stopped but then commenced again the in the wee hours of the morning the next day, rousing me from my slumbers with a water drop to the leg. At this point, I was very upset and texted Clivia to report the occurrence and to let her know I was not going to stay any longer. She did respond rather quickly, and did not hesitate to refund me for the remainder of my stay.
