Really exhausting since the accomondation wasn't good.

The broken tiles and the bad smell in the hallway was rather annoying. The fact that the aircon in the room wasn't working properly was also not good. And the elevator took ages to arrive.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff are very helpful.

The location is close to everything and the view from our balcony

good place to stay if you are planning to have a few days trip around manila.

the location is excellent ,,, my family stayed for 2 nights in room 2516 ,,, checking in was easy just coordinate with the receptionist ,,, guards always roam around which is good for security purposes ,,, swimming pool was clean ,,, response from the receptionist during a power interruption was quick ,,,

hallway to the room needs some attending (funny smell) although this is not an issue for the unit owner but for the building management ... some of the furnitures inside the room needs to be updated ,,, some small bugs spotted ,,,

Extremely poor mngnt. I was told they have over 200 rm to srv. tissue delivered 1 1/2 hrs later

View Location Some staff were pleasant such as bellboy and security there.

Management was very rude and not accommodating. I requested to speak with uppermanangement but they refused. Management told me I was wasting there time trying to figure out why I have not recieved toilet tissue 1 and a half hours later... Hotel has a slight Roach problem Washing machine was not working. Had internet interruptions. And my power went out because Management needed to pay there bill. I am not sure I believed them at this point Over all I was hoping to speak with upper management to avoid writing this review but they refused so it's better the public knows before they book.. Incidently there is a sign on the inside of the unit on the door that says MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS which I guess may explains the poor service. Management told me before they hung up on me that they have 200 rooms to serve in the morning and that is why I had to wait 1 1/2 for tissue delivery. Also if you have a hearing disability you may miss your breakfast. They would only knock quietly and then leave. I canceled all my breakfast because I did not want the stress of trying to catch my breakfast delivery.

Exceptional

Location is excellent with great access to shopping Mall,Train station ,Zoo ..Only disappointment is the security guards at main counter who are not friendly and helpful, why can't there be a full time receptionist attending to travelling guests?, I had to wait for 30 minutes plus to be served a room,very dissapointing especially when you checking in at 12pm..Security was lost and trying to find bookings.com contacts at hotel...

nice property however overpriced for the access to amenities

the property was clean and comfortable. staff was very nice.

the time of service for breakfast was not very well organized. And getting a taxi that operates with meter was less than desirable

Don't stay too long

Good location with a shop and atm below. There was also a nice view from the balcony

The room was run down. The couch was very uncomfortable. One of the stools was broken and unusable. The balcony door handle kept breaking. The quality of the towels was very poor, they were not cotton or any sort of absorbant material.

good view of seaside from 50th floor! fantastic! Save More supermarket on ground floor.

There are cockroaches found in the room.

i like nothing about the property

it was really bad experience everything is low quality chairs bed and table low quality they sounds like they will be breakin anytime even if the person is light he will break it so I don’t get it also we couldn’t access the room because we weren’t given the pass card until after 3 days which is really bad and wasted our time

Safe, great view studio perfect for long stays

The studio was perfect for a 10 days stay, with all the appliances we needed for cooking, big fridge, rice cooker, kettle, etc. Good size tv, silent and efficient air conditioner and comfortable bed. The view was amazing from the 50th floor

internet was bad, sometimes off for hours! we kept restarting the router. Cockroaches! the place needs a proper disinfection urgently!!!

The location was very good and recommended for families.

The breakfast was good, it was an added feature to the stay. The location is very good, accessible and close to the LRT station.

I received an email asking for copies of IDs to generate our access cards, which I sent a month before, but when we arrived, no access cards were ready and the staff wanted to keep all our IDs in their possession as no photocopier is available. They denied ever receiving my email, although it was acknowledged by them by return email. We arrived on a Saturday, and the check in staff informed me that their Administration office is closed on weekends! In the end, we came to a compromise but the check in process was not smooth at all. The Administration needs to improve their process and train their staff properly.

Exceptional

We like the arrangement of the unit because we can conveniently work. We are a group of WFH ladies and having individual electric sockets is sooo great.. We were able to sleep well and keep our foods warm. Located in an accessible location. The downside is it's located in Taft flooded area but overall we had a great time.

it’s good it’s near on Manila

so Frustrated about Id which is they taking pictures of our passports and security is no coordination to the owner . so very hassle not very comfortable . The wifi is not working until we check out .

Your agent, Ms Sarah, is very accomodating and polite, however, the room boy who helped us was not helpful at all with us, as guests.
