Situated in Osage Beach, this attractive condo for $279 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 💎Upscale Condo at the most exclusive development on the lake at Mile Marker 19. 🌅Fabulous Panoramic View from the top Floor #414 Lands End Condo's. Built in 2007 but recently renovated. Just 2 minutes from PREMIUM OUTLET MALL, Dierbergs, DICKS sporting goods. 3 Bedroom (1 king bed, 3 queen beds), 2 Bathroom . Master bedroom with Jacuzzi Tub and Shower, Free Wifi and Washer/Dryer, Fully furnished kitchen, 5 Large Tv's with Cable (Smart 55" Tv in Living Room with Access to Netflix), surround sound and new grill. Unit is on 4th floor also has access to the elevator, which is a real plus. This includes boat slip that is a 12x32. You can see the boat slip from the deck. This is a clean unit. This unit was not used for a rental until late 2015. Games (Mexican train, other kids games, sequence game), cards, puzzles and movies are at the condo for your use. Giant Jenga on patio. ***Disinfected thoroughly after each renter with Clorox wipes on every door handle, knob, light switch, faucet and Lysol sprayed in every room and on pillows and mattress covers. Cleanliness is very important to us so that we keep you safe . May 15, 2020 New living room set arrived for a more updated look and more seating ! April 2020 New Patio furniture was delivered for more seating. New screens redone on Deck March 2020. Interior Remodeled in 2018 with New Carpet, new bedding, new appliances, new grill and new décor including new 55" Smart tv in Living room which has Netflix you can use if you have an account and other apps too. Beautiful Sunsets that take your breath away. Enjoy the Lazy river or Adult Pool on those hot summer days as well as nightly walks on the lighted board walk. Condo stocked with maps to hot spots on the lakes. Basketball Court and Work Out Room. All of the entertainment you could want within 5 miles from the condo. All dining, shopping and golf within 1-5 miles. Perfect for a Weekend Getaway. Best Area on the Lake! No Smoking and No Pets. Cleaning fee of $125 is for the entire stay not per person. My two adult (22 & 20) kids and I chose this property for a short 4-day getaway over the New Year's holiday. We wanted someplace clean, cozy, and quiet to decompress and recharge between their college semesters and all the stresses of life. This condo was perfect in all those regards. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and better stocked than any other VRBO rental we have ever stayed at over the many years we've been using this service. We felt at home immediately and enjoyed our time there immensely. In fact, my kids have already told me they'd love to stay there again for next year's winter getaway. We would all highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable & clean rental in the Lake Ozark region.

The condo was just as advertised. Great view of the lake. Bed in the master suite needs a new mattress so I slept in bedroom 2 with a queen bed that was very comfortable and in great shape. The bed is our only complaint.

My friends of 30+ years needed a weekend together without husbands, kids, cooking, cleaning, jobs, sports practices, checklists, and alarm clocks. We all live in different cities and the lake was a central location for us. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and so close to everything. The check in and check out process was a breeze. We really enjoyed ourselves and would return there any time!

Although the property was as pictured, the readiness of the property for us was an horrific event. When we got into the property we discovered very quickly we had no running water. I called the manager to report the issue and left a message. When I didn't hear from her in 10 minutes I messaged her. In the meantime we are trying to see whether the problem was localized to our unit or the whole complex. We were not unpacking until we had water. Hilary messaged us an hour later that we needed to check the circuit breakers. We found a circuit breaker off and turn it on. We heard the water system start up but still had no water. We thought the system might have to fill up. We waited 30 minutes and still no water we messaged her back we had no water. She messaged back that we needed to turn the water on also by the water heater. We did that and the water came on. She told us that maintenance had to turn the water off for safety reasons. If this is the case why weren't we given instructions on how to turn it on with our check-in instructions. In addition to this situation we found clothes from previous occupants setting on our dining room table, a baking sheet in the kitchen sink and no trash can liners anywhere. When I messaged her about these issues and told that they would be reflected in my review she replied not with an apology for any of the issues and accused be of being petty. In other words these our issues any tenant should be willing to expect. WE DON'T!!!!!!!!!

We have stayed at many LE condos and this one was one of the best! The mattress in the master was extremely comfortable and the amenities were above most of the other condos! Location was great and communications with Hillary was very easy! I had read another review which stated Hillary was a bad communicator but that was not our experience at all! I would highly recommend this condo!!

I recommend Boulder Homes get a different agent that isn't so busy to be the host of this property. There was also no key for the pool.

We took our 80 year old parents for a lake trip. We all had a wonderful time! Condo is clean and nicely decorated. It’s also on the lake with beautiful views and close to stores and restaurants.

This place has an amazing view of the lake! The only draw-back is no elevator. Hauling luggage and golf clubs up to the 4th floor was a challenge, but worth it for the view. Exactly as advertised.
The host provided the access code the morning of our stay and entry was simple. All access codes for wifi and directions for electronics were laid out clearly. The TV on the screened in patio with the view of the lake was the place we spent most of our time. Met our needs perfectly and will stay here again.
My only recommendation is to bring your own bar soap/shampoo/conditioner as it is not provided.

Front bedroom TV with the double beds didn’t have cable & couldn’t get any channels to come in but that didn’t hinder our stay. Very roomy, accommodated our family of 6 with ease. Kitchen equipped with everything possible. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

This allowed the light to wake us at dawn every day and offered no privacy from anyone on the balcony. But the furniture and kitchen were very nice and just right for our group.

Truly enjoyed our stay at our Lands End Condo. The unit was very clean with great furnishings. Living room seating was great, beds were very comfortable. The screened in patio kept the mosquitoes out and afforded a great view of the lake. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was easily accessible and close to many restaurants and activities. Look forward to staying there next year if available.
