About this house rental
Located in Grayland, this attractive house for $255 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Sea Esta Shores - Great open floor plan with 15 feet high vaulted ceilings and fantastic ocean views - large oceanside deck and private path to the beach - Kid and dog friendly! Sea Esta Shores has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We sleep a maximum of 8 guests and are dog friendly (first with a brief discussion of your 4-legged friend). The layout of Sea Esta Shores - You enter the home on the lower level. This floor has two large bedrooms, a 3/4 bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twins and a full bed. The main level of the home is where the magic happens. The master bedroom has a king bedroom and a wall of windows looking out to the ocean. Not a bad view to fall asleep and wake up to - nothing but sweet dreams at Sea Esta Shores. The living space is very open with 15 feet tall, vaulted ceilings and windows galore to keep an eye on Miss Pacific. Whether you are in the kitchen, enjoying a meal at the dining room, a snack at the kitchen counter or lounging in the living - finding a seat with a view won't be an issue. The kitchen has been completely updated with new countertops, resurfaced cabinets, new appliances and all new dishes, pots/pans and utensils. You'll find all the gadgets of home and maybe a few more. The dining room has a spacious oceanside table and doubles for a card or game table. The living room has a 55-inch ROKU SMART TV with 60 channels on You Tube TV. Or use your Amazon or Netflix account. There is also a DVD player with a good selection of movies. The gas fireplace helps complete the perfect atmosphere for an evening at Sea Esta Shores. The upper floor also has a full bath. Outdoor Living Space - A large oceanfront deck is accessible from the dining room. The deck features a dining table, charcoal BBQ grill, bench seating, Adirondack chairs, hammock chair and a cozy porch swing for watching those sunsets. The dog can be let out by going from the stairs of the deck directly to a fenced turnout area for the dogs. The beach path is also accessible from the deck. The easily accessible path leads to a very nice section of the beach - one of the best places to razor clam (during approved clam digs). The ocean views from the deck are fantastic! Beach Access - A private trail leads you to the beach - the trail is well maintained and is a short and easy walk. Well Behaved Dogs Considered - If you are considering bringing your dog, please contact us to discuss. We have a gated enclosed outdoor dog turnout, and the main floor deck is gated to keep the 4-legged ones contained. The pet fee is $25 for 1 or 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs the fee is higher and we need to discuss this with our guests, prior to confirming the reservation. Parking - Easy parking in front of the home - great for loading/unloading your car. Need Ideas for Places to Eat and Area Attractions? We have put together an extensive list of area restaurants, shops and attractions for our guests. We provide this to our guests prior to their stay. Our list covers Westport, Grayland and Tokeland. Our Guests and Us - - It is important for our home to be a good fit for our guests as well as our guests to be a good fit for us. We are not a 'party' house. We cater to families and friends seeking a relaxing and quiet time at the ocean. We offer a quality product and provide a high level of customer service to our guests. In return we expect our home to be well cared for and treated with respect. Failure to properly disclose the number of guests and/or pet information is considered a violation of contract and monies paid for use of the home will be forfeited. YES, please note that kids are welcome, but they are also considered guests and are included in the guest count of your reservation. We say this to be 100% clear so us and our guests are on the same page with expectations. The location was awesome, with the beach so close we were able to go back and forth from the house easily. Grayland seems to be less popular than Westport, which is nice since there wasn't very many people on the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including towels and bowls for our pup. We especially appreciated the fenced back area for dogs. The owners were also very helpful by providing details about the house (ie directions, restaurant recommendations) and checking if we needed more time during check out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Wish we could have stayed longer. Our time at Sea Esta was just the get-away we needed. Having the ocean so close was incredible. We enjoyed watching the crab boats at night and the easy walk to the beach was perfect for the kids. We got lucky with wonderful weather, gorgeous sunsets, and so many stars! The home was large enough for our 2 families to spread out, but still enjoy time together. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back!

This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. Joel and Denise are wonderful hosts. Communication was great. The home is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We had 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids total and we felt like we had plenty of room. The home is located on a gorgeous stretch of beach close to town and very private. We can't wait to return.

This is a special spot and perfect for families with dogs and kids. The view of the beach is amazing and can be enjoyed from anywhere upstairs in the house. Love the porch swing!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house on the beach! Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was the best! We enjoyed walking on the beach and it was fun finding sand dollars at low tide. We saw multiple bald eagles, deer, and crabs as well. We spent most days relaxing at the house and enjoying the ocean. One day we went to Olympic National Park, which was about a 2 hour drive away, and saw the World's largest Sitka Spruce tree! We also took a hike there and saw some waterfalls in a rainforest like environment. Aberdeen was a 30 minute drive to Walmart and met all our needs. We would definitely stay there again!

Its was a great weekend overall!! The only problem we had was the 22 mph winds that forced us to stay inside but we made the best of the day in the house...playing games and just hanging out..fyi...doordash does not deliver in grayland!! Lol learned that the hard way..

We’ve stayed at this property twice now and we are beyond pleased with our visit both times. The host is spectacular with communication and they did a great job with all the little necessities families need for a great vacation stay. Highly recommend this getaway home. The house is very accommodating to two families and the location on the beach is perfection. Thanks for a great weekend away!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. The location is incredibly peaceful and the windows and deck take full advantage of that. The kitchen we well-stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed. There was plenty of seating and space for the four of us staying there and an infant. The hosts were very communicative and provided excellent recommendations for the area. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful time on the coast. Even if the only thing you do is spend time in the house, you will enjoy yourself.

We very much enjoyed our time at Sea Esta. There were six of us and besides long walks on the beach we especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the waves roll in. We had beautiful sunny weather. Just was a very relaxing time. Especially enjoyed the deck swing.

It was really great to have the fenced in area for our dogs so we didn’t have to worry about them running off. Loved sitting in the bench swing and relaxing. Nice kitchen with everything you could need for cooking. Huge master bedroom with great views. Just steps through the dunes to the beach. Enjoyed our stay! Look forward to returning.

The house couldn't be better located. Immediate beach access! A lot of thought has gone into making this house a fantastic family location. Wonderful patio with lot of furniture for hanging out and enjoying views. Special closet full of fun kid stuff, sandbox, lots of sand toys! Great communication with hosts and they quickly addressed any concerns. They really went the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay. Thank you Joel and Denise- we hope to make this a family tradition!

Wonderful venue for some R & R
Joel made everything so easy from initial communication at booking to the end oF our stay. We had a chance to meet Joel for a few minutes during our stay which added a personal touch. The views, the house & set up was perfect for my family & we all loved the place. Highly recommend.

We came to Grayland to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We love coming to the Westport/Grayland area. The house was the perfect size for our family of 6 plus two small dogs. We loved the private access to the beach and the dog area. We have a senior pug that has a hard time with stairs and it was nice not to have to take her on a walk to go potty. We did get to sit on the swing between storms.

Perfect for a ladies weekend!
House is roomy with plenty of space for gathering inside and outside as well as sleeping space.
Additionally, since some of the ladies in our group were 50+ the walk to the beach was very doable as it is very short and low impact. Though we didn’t bring dogs or kids, looks like it is well set up for both! Overall an excellent vacation home!

Fantastic Getaway
From booking to checkout, we had the best experience with this Sea Esta home run by Joel and Denise. They made everything easy and fun, and they even sent us a great list of things to do in the area. Plus, they were quick to answer questions, getting back to us within a minute or two when we texted them our annoying noobie questions. There haven't been many bright spots during the pandemic, but this was a memorable, relaxing, fun time for our little pet-centric family. The house was very clean and inviting, and everything was modern, well-organized, and in good working order. We didn't believe our eyes at first when we looked out the giant windows and saw how close we were to the beach. The dogs loved the entire experience, and we loved how easy it was to take them outside to the little pet area. We got lucky and experienced warm sunny weather in early February and experienced a stunning pink-and-orange sunset the night of Feb. 5. The fireplace is warm and cozy, and we had plenty of space and comfort. We'll definitely book again, and we're already talking about adjusting future vacation times to match up with the availability of this amazing spot.
