About this condo rental

Located in Kihei, this lovely condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is an end unit on the first floor at the back of the resort complex. You can enjoy the lush gardens and tropical breezes from the spacious lanai. The newly renovated condo has a master bedroom that includes a king size bed. The main living space contains a wall bed with a queen size Tuft and Needle mattress. For your entertainment enjoyment, the living space also includes a 49-inch flat screen T.V. with cable, and Blu-ray player. Wifi is provided, as well as free telephone service to the U.S. and Canada. Our home has been recently renovated with new windows, stainless appliances in the kitchen, bamboo cabinets, and bamboo flooring. The bathroom includes a tiled spa shower. The unit contains a new (2023) full-size washer and dryer. One free assigned parking stall is included. Relax in the Hawaiian-style garden courtyard and enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi. Our resort has recently installed security cameras in the common area, specifically in the pool area and outside the office/mailbox corridor. Our resort has a barbeque area with 2 gas grills. We provide beach chairs, towels, some sand toys, some snorkel gear, and a cooler to make your trips to the beach (there is a nice beach just across the street) complete.

Lovely home with everything you could need in a central location. Quiet, restful and spacious. Check the cupboards before you provision, there's lots here already.

After the cleaning lady in between guest cleaned up for us it was the best place to stay. It was small and homey. Close to the main part of Kihei and very close to food options. We walked down to the beach which is just across the street from the complex. We had a great time and was also great because it had all the amenities that we were looking for; place to cook, hangout, do laundry, has AC and a big bed.

Property was as detailed in listing. Murphy bed was nice as coach sofas are never as comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and Gretchen made it easy to check in and made sure we had everything we needed before we got there.

We had the perfect stay here. Family of 4 with two young kids. We let the kids have the king bed and we took the Murphy bed in the living room which was just as comfy as a regular bed! We were pleasantly surprised :) Our stay was perfect and Gretchen was beyond helpful!!

This property was in a great location, quiet and peaceful! Just what we were looking for, in a family vacation! Gretchen was very responsive to all of my emails and check in was a breeze! We appreciated the free parking spot, water toys and all of the little “extras”. Only complaints, were dishes left in the dishwasher, from previous guests, and only 3 rolls of toilet paper were provided, for a family, staying for a week….?! All very minor and would not deter us from staying again!! Thank you!

We loved this condo! Very nicely renovated and it was the best stocked one we’ve stayed at in Maui. There was literally everything you’d ever need in the kitchen and a box full of various things to use at the beach on the lanai. Gretchen was very attentive to any questions and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful condo. The setting is perfect with gorgeous lush gardens surrounding you. A modern condo beautifully decorated and everything you can imagine is supplied. You can just cross the street for early morning or evening sunset beach walks. We like to explore different beaches along the coast so beach equipment supplied was greatly appreciated. Clean and quiet condo with everything you need for your vacation. Well stocked kitchen with two different sized coolers for your use, comfortable king size bed, and beautiful waterfall shower. There is a murphy bed in the living room if traveling with family or friends. Pack light as there is a washer and dryer available inside the condo. There is an assortment of beach chairs, noodles, and toys for kids to use at the beach. The location is perfect to easily access every part of the island. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place to stay and we had an excellent time! The unit had an activity binder which I thought was so great! I've been to Maui before but it gave us new ideas to check out. My partner and I stayed at this property for 5 days on our first trip to Maui. We really appreciated all the small details and extra gear Gretchen provided, including beach chairs, coolers, and snorkeling equipment. The bathroom and kitchen was also very well stocked. The only thing I might add is the quality of the sheets/towels could have been better but everything we used was clean, albeit a little old. Would highly recommend this property for couples or small families.

The property is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen.... including baking pans, 3 different coffee machines, rice cooker, blender, Tupperware. Beach gear also available including rolling ice chest which we used everyday 😀 plus snorkel gears, beach umbrella, chairs and mats. It is also clean and has a washer and dryer in the unit. We accidentally locked ourselves out and the owner helped us access the key in the lock box by the front door. My kids are specifically asking to come stay at this property again on our next visit.

The host, Gretchen, was amazing. She had suggestions for us to do on our trip and was always available if needed. Check-in couldn't have been easier, and she provided tons of extras - towels, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear etc. 10/10 would stay here again!
