Situated in Port Aransas, this attractive condo for $197 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. September and October are the best months! Water is still warm, get a good spot on the beach and minimal wait at the restaurants. Oh and BTW, better prices on everything, just saying! Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat, located on Eleventh St. in the heart of Port Aransas at the Sea Sands Condos and just a short walk to the beach. Sandy Feet Retreat is 1042 sqft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo, located in the Sea Sands Condominium complex. This is an end, second floor unit, #210, that enjoys it own private stairway entrance and views of the pool and grounds. Enjoy the beach and outdoor activities during the day then come back to Sandy Feet Retreat and lounge on the large shaded outdoor balcony. Sandy Feet Retreat is a privately owned property that is our little getaway, when we are not sharing it with our new found friends. I assure you, if our calendar is open, we are there making sure everything is in working order or adding a little beach motif to our little retreat. We take pride in Sandy Feet Retreat to make sure your stay is as just enjoyable as we have we when we can squeak out a few days during the summertime. Our goal for our guest is to make sure you have a 5 star stay. If for any reason you do not think we have achieved that, please let us know immediately so we can correct it. Sandy Feet Retreat provides the basic necessities you need to enjoy a great time in Port Aransas. You will find bed linens, bath towels, basic cooking utensils, coffee pot, blender and more. Master bedroom: king bed Second bedroom: queen bed Living area: 2 x sofa convertible *Tropical storm time. Yes, it is a part of life here, but we understand and know that some guest get a little nervous. The good thing is we are on the 2nd floor, so we just watch the cars and golf carts wash around. "IF" a storm does come to the coast our standard cancellation policy will be in effect unless there is a mandatory evacuation by the city of Port Aransas. If there is, you will be prorated on time stayed, minus cleaning fees.

Great condo to stay in. We stayed in “off season” in September. It was quiet. Cozy. Really good communication with owner. I absolutely loved the many pillows and blankets provided. It was clean, close to beach access roads. Lots of restaurants near by. I think the only downside was there was no washer/dryer but our stay was short so we were okay. And also the ferry wait was an hour long. But that’s not the condos fault. More location related. I would 100% recommend to stay here.

The condo is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. It is within walking distance to the beach but it’s a long walk. It’s very close to restaurants. I would stay here again!

This place was adorable! I loved how the living area and bedrooms where in separate areas. The place was very clean and the host was very helpful with tips for the island. I loved how there were floor fans in each bedroom. I have nothing negative to say about this place! We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Port Aransas very much. We had 2 grandparents, the older teens, a younger elementary aged child and a 2 yr old in our group. This place was clean and uncluttered. Microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee, dishwasher, full sized fridge. Air Conditioner worked very well. The main reason for renting a golf cart is to avoid all the sugar sand in your car, but a 6 person golf cart costs about$160 + for 24 hours. The Pel's are very good hosts. Check in and check out were easy. We'll definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. Hubby and I with 5 grandloves. The kids ranging from 2 to 11. We all enjoyed it. There was plenty of room for all of us. I was a bit confused that the listing claimed a short walk to the beach and showed a walkway, we didnt look really hard for it but the walkway was not as openly marked as we thought it would be. But that was such a small thing to us. The host was welcoming and offered any help we would need. Its a great place to stay.

Just spent some time in Port Aransas, enjoyed the condo. It had all the basic things needed for our week stay. Only complaint was the downstairs neighbors dog. He really enjoyed barking at anyone that walked by.

Came with a group of friends and family for a girl’s weekend and had a wonderful time! The condo is exactly as described. Clean, well-stocked, and adorable! Communication with owners was excellent. Response time was immediate. Highly recommend this to any visitors to Port A! 😁

Condo is cute and it’s not a far walk to beach. Sheets are very soft and everything was great. Had no issues with anything. It much cuter then the pictures show. I like the separation between living space and bedrooms.

This was our third stay at Sandy Feet, and we had a great time as always! This property is adorable and spacious. We love the decor, and the beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect, and the owners are very nice and communicative. We can't wait to come back!

This is a great place for a family getaway with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nice kitchen, a large living room, and a great deck (plus, the two couches in the living room fold out for more sleeping space). The only reason I gave only four stars on the location is that it is right next to Eleventh Street (some street noise, but not too bad) and a bit of a walk to the beach. But for the price, I'm not complaining. (And I found it easier to drive to the beach each day with all of our gear.) Had a great and relaxing trip and I would definitely return here for a future visit.

We come to Port Aransas every year for a beach week with friends. This property was clean and quiet in the evenings. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you would need to stay in and cook. Lots of thoughtful touches. We will be back!

My family of six stayed here for a week. The condo was great. It was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. It was about a five to seven minute walk to the beach. It had great parking for our two cars, and it there were plenty of room if you had a golf cart. If you rent a golf cart, there is a beach road about a block up the street. We had a great time, and we would stay here again.
