Come stay at 'My 401K'. This spacious Sandestin two-bedroom condo located in the Westwinds building features all the comforts of home. Family and friends will enjoy gathering around the large dining room table or lounging on the large wrap around balcony while taking in fantastic views of the beach.
The condo is tucked away so it is peaceful and quiet. It is on the lobby level so no elevators. Your own quick access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. Awesome ocean view and no waiting for elevators! 2 minutes walk from Living Room to Beach!
We take pride in our condo and have added extra levels of comfort. We provide spa towels, 450 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, fully equipped kitchen and extra cotton blankets for your comfort. Smart TV's in every room, DVD Players, Netflix, DVD's, and countless streaming platforms! Stereo, CD, and Bluetooth audio for your music enjoyment.

This is a very family friendly unit that has a great view of the pool. Access to the beach and pool is easy with an entrance just outside the room.

Overall nice unit. It is a partial ocean view due to being on the 2nd floor and obstruction from trees. More of a pool view room. It is on the west end of Sandestin beach which is the better sides, not as crowded as the east side by the Hilton.

The location of this unit is right on the water. Overlooking the pool and steps from the ocean. The Owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to all our questions.
It was roomy and comfortably fit all five of us.
The only negatives for us was that the unit needed a little more TLC. Carpets in bedrooms were dirty. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The overall feel of the condo was very dark/gloomy and not bright and airy because of the dark wall colors. I think some updates would make this unit a perfect place to stay!!
