Private boat access and a lack of commercial activity on the island make for a luxurious and peaceful get-away from the hustle and bustle, and a unique adventure for viewing eagles, crabs, whales, herons, and seals. o TRANSPORTATION. We provide an on-island host to meet you at the Hat Island marina and drive you and your supplies to and from the house (one drive each way) at no cost. o This beach house has two wings connected by a huge IronWood (Ipe) deck. The two-story bedroom wing has four ocean-view bedrooms, two with private balconies. The glass enclosed kitchen/dining/living area has large sliding doors, providing great views whether open or closed. o AMENITIES. The house is fully equipped for your comfort and convenience.
