What amazing hosts and what a great location for tourists. Peachtree towers is the optimal spot if you want to stay close to World of Coke, the amazing Georgia Aquarium, wonderful Civil Rights museum and so much more. Restaurants all around and everything within a short walk. Our stay was amazing and our hosts were super awesome. They were gracious and courteous when we needed to reach out to them. And, they were so quick to respond. Such nice people; the world needs more like them. Thanks for such a great stay!

I recently visited Atlanta for a mini birthday getaway. Although, I have been here several times previously this was my first time with my female cousin so we wanted to do some different activities. I lucked up and found this spot which is located in downtown and near some main attractions! Although, there are some rough people in the front and hanging around, the area isn't bad. The property was just as described and communication with the host was great. The property comes equipped with basic items you need and some extra items. Oh and it's very spacious. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was having to pay for parking. We chose a covered/staffed lot nearby and it was $25 per night. A little steep but I guess that's what happens when you chose to stay in the downtown area. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Took a while to get the WiFi to work and was using the correct password. Finally got it to connect. They were shooting a movie in the parking lot so we had to park in another parking garage. Very close by. Fran was very pleasant to talk with. We felt safe and we overall enjoyed our stay.

There was a mini fridge but I like ice and there was no way to keep ice frozen. That aside, the mini fridge was fine to keep drinks cold. As for the location, it was a bit loud at night, but that’s just the nature of that area. It’s very close to the Aquarium and the Coca-cola museum which was nice. This will be a long review but promise to be fair while giving credit and being thankful to the host for the space. The location of this property was great, our stay I would say was just OK. We were able to park the car and walk to the aquarium then take an Uber to Ponce City so that was nice. I would like to note that this building has a liquor store at the bottom and that did not attract the best the city has to offer. My daughter, a teenager was terrified, I will note that we had never exposed her to the city and all that entails so want to be fair and let those of you who have not had the reason to do that either this may not be the place for you. 2nd the parking is very difficult to understand or again this could be me because I do not travel to inner city’s or stay downtown in rental spaces outside of a hotel. When you get there you pull up behind the building the section where the street suddenly ends & there is a section there with benches for sitting (note I mentioned the liquor store, so will allow you to consider what a place to sit means). You can pull up there to unload for 15 min walk around to the side and go in to show ID then they let you in. You do not want to park in those parking lots behind the building or to the side as we were advised by one of the security guards that cars are broken into. We parked 2 buildings over in a parking garage $25 a night. The hosts have done a good job on decor and had great bath towels. Our daughter stayed on the couch and would recommend that they have an extra blanket especially if they code that it sleeps 4. When we checked in Fran told me the fridge was out, no big deal as we did not plan on cooking there but it would have been nice to know prior to check in. She did have a small mini fridge so we were able to put our waters in there. When we went to make coffee in the morning we found mold in the coffee maker, as the previous grounds had never been disposed. Fran did offer to go and throw out the grounds but the mold spores have already spread to the entire coffee maker so we opted out. Again please note I feel this place is fine for a couple and anyone who wants to be close to downtown attractions but want those who travel with a family to consider these things. I am sorry for the long review but I wanted to be fair and give the hosts credit for the things they have done.

The place was very nice, nicely decorated and comfortable. The property owner/manager was very helpful and available. Had to call her at check in. That process was slightly confusing but talking to her made it easy. We had to park in a garage a few blocks away but there is a garage on the block. There were a couple aggressive homeless guys on the corner but we just stopped using the main entrance to avoid them. We definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

My husband and I decided to have a quick getaway to Atlanta. I was not expecting to find such a nice and spacious condo. It was clean, accessible, and priced just right. We enjoyed the sites, people, and food. The best part of the whole trip was coming back to this relaxing condo!

Our stay was comfy and worked out really well for what we needed. Pros: A couple blocks to the Marta train for easy transportation and a short walk from the aquarium or other fun things. Well stocked with all kinds of stuff. Had spices and some basics in the kitchen. The bathroom had a handful of things should we have needed it. It was comfy. Pretty central location, we never had a problem getting a Lyft quickly and Doordash usually was able to deliver within 30-40 minutes. Cons: The kitchen is a little on the small side, but if you're planning on eating out or not making extravagant meals, it's not an issue. The check-in process wasn't super clear, but it ended up it was pretty simple, just ask more questions than we did. I'd suggest a thicker window curtain for the bedroom. If you're sensitive to light when you sleep, the exterior light from the building across the street can be pretty bright.

Felt great to "come home" after working rather than a boring hotel room. Loved the screen porch for viewing the hustle and bustle of the city. Coffee, water and snacks were a great compliment. 2 blocks to "Ray's in the city" restaurant which is superb. Thank you Fran for making this so easy.

Concierge building, so easy check in. Building itself, beautiful lobby, clean and very quiet. The unit was clean, well furnished and very comfortable for me and my adult son. Large, screened in balcony was a great bonus. Owner thoughtfully provides the essentials (basic toiletries, cleaning supplies, pantry essentials, coffee, etc.) that you hope for but never expect. The unit itself was very quiet, not always the case in a downtown high rise. A few comments about location: 1 easy-walk block to MARTA station; a large CVS 5 minutes away with a nice grocery selection; restaurants plentiful; easy walk both north to midtown and south and west to centennial park area. The unit itself, the building, location and owner communications - all simply perfect. We have stayed twice and this is our top choice for a 2-3 person Atlanta stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Franita's condo for Dragon*Con weekend! The location is wonderful, the condo was clean and nicely furnished, and the screened-in balcony was amazing! We enjoyed sitting out there and watching the parade and all the con-goers. Fran was very accommodating as we were not able to get into town to check-in until after 10 PM. The building felt very safe with a concierge at the front and a key fob required for entry. We hope to come back next year!

Well, we got a late start to the weekend. Thank God Mrs. Fran was very accommodating with our late arrival. The place was very clean. Just what we needed it for a short getaway. We were in town to see a Braves game. The Braves lost but we still had a great time. I would refer this property to anyone. Atlanta is a big city. It was nice to be in the middle of everything. Thank you again Fran.
