Il silenzio, il verde circostante, la possibilità di cenare all'aperto nel patio, in cui vi è una piccola ma comoda cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, e la presenza dell'aria condizionata in camera.
La distanza dal porto e dal centro (circa 12 minuti a piedi), dettaglio comunque trascurabile.

La struttura è la tipica casa che tutti sognano a Lipari, un portico e dei terrazzi da sogno, una cucina esterna da non voler più andar via se, come noi, ami anche goderti casa. Una buganville splendida e un giardino nella parte laterale e davanti ben curato. Parcheggio comodo, consiglio vivamente scooter però o auto.
La posizione comoda ai servizi (se hai lo scooter meglio) ma molto calda, difficile trovare un po’ di aria visto che si trova a ridosso del centro e quindi non elevata. Nella casa principale non c’è aria condizionata, solo tre pale che muovono aria ma non sono sufficienti con i grandi caldi di oggi e l’arredamento un po’ angusto, la dependance molto meglio e con aria condizionata e bagno enorme è migliore in comodità sanitari e rubinetteria. Con qualche tocco in più merita un punteggio massimo e si spenderebbe volentieri anche qualche euro in più.

An amazingly spacious and welcoming home in Lipari! There are so many outdoor areas to relax in, 3 equipped kitchens and 3 bathrooms!
We loved the old charm to this family home. It was perfect for our family vacation.
The host was also extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay!
The property is a 15 minute walk from the hub of Lipari. Although this is completely manageable, the distance and heat made grocery shopping and quick stops to town limiting. We would leave for the day and return in the afternoon, perhaps consider a car hire or scooter rental
