everything is good and comfy. the apartment is close to everywhere: mall, restaurant, minimarket, thrift shop, night bazaar, petrol station, clinic, etc.

the location and the condo is pretty good and comfy

agent/house owner should double check the facilities before renting to other people - water heaters malfunction some more there were bugs and cockcroaches in the bathrooms, we have to spent some times to clean the bathrooms before using them
