Oceanfront luxurious beach house on Dune Rd. features 2 levels, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 marble bathrooms, 2 master suites with oceanfront balconies, master bathrooms equipped with shower and Jacuzzi tub, executive master bath equipped with bidet. A mahogany deck with heated gunite private pool and Jacuzzi facing the ocean. Top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen appliances: 2 dishwashers, trash compactor, subzero refrigerator, wine fridge, washer/dryer, numerous flat screen TVs, central air, 2 fireplaces, high speed internet, satellite/cable TV, outdoor gas grill. Towels and linens are supplied. This house can be enjoyed year round. It is fully winterized with a hot tub available 24/7 during the off season for you to enjoy even in cold weather. We love our guests and they are our number one priority. However, this is a residential area and we respect our neighbors therefore no events allowed. Outside gatherings should be mindful of noise as well.
The village of Westhampton is only a short drive away with trendy boutiques, cafes, and great restaurants. Wineries, and outlet shopping are all nearby. Popular outdoor activities include: water sports (rafting, sailing, scuba, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, water skiing, water tubing, wind-surfing), cycling, horseback riding, fishing, golf, and paragliding.
***When weekly discounts are offered in the winter season, they will only apply for reservations that start on midweek to midweek***

Please note, there is a 8.75% NYS general sales & use tax,
5.5% Suffolk County occupancy tax (Occupancy taxes not applicable for stays 30 days or more)

If you’re looking for an amazing vacation home for your family or a group of friends, look no further—you’ve found it!Rose is an incredible host who works with you every step of the way to ensure your stay is perfect. She goes above and beyond to accommodate your group and make sure you have everything you need. When we arrived, the house was spotless, and the pool was already heated and ready for us to enjoy.The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable, and fully stocked with essentials, along with extra blankets and plenty of pillows. Every bedroom offers beautiful views of the surrounding area, making sunrises and sunsets especially memorable.The main floor was equally impressive and provided plenty of space for our large group to gather comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with trays, cutting boards, utensils, plates, bowls, and high-end appliances. There was plenty of seating and open space for everyone to enjoy without ever feeling crowded.Whenever I had a question, Rose was quick to respond and genuinely happy to help. Her hospitality played a huge role in making our vacation such a wonderful experience for my family and me.The home’s location is another major highlight. Being just steps from the ocean made it perfect for early morning walks, relaxing afternoons, and peaceful nights under the stars.I truly couldn’t have imagined a better vacation and would absolutely love to stay at Rose’s beautiful home again in the future!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties over the years, and this was by far the best stay I’ve had. Rose (property owner) was fantastic through the booking phase, and did an even better job through our stay. She communicated her expectations, and made sure every detail was taken care of for our group. There are amazing views, amazing restaurants near by (Flora), and a very relaxed atmosphere. We truly loved every second of our stay. I would stay at this house every time I had the opportunity. Amazing experience.
