Fabulous property for adults (older children, over 10). Best location in the Russian River Valley. Close to wineries, breweries, Healdsburg restaurants & shopping. This ideal Wine Country location is just south of Healdsburg in the Russian River Valley, 30 minutes to Bodega Bay, Napa & Sonoma and 1 hour north of San Francisco. Only minutes from the Sonoma County Airport, Hwy 101 and some of the top Wineries and Restaurants in Sonoma County. Nestled in Vineyards of Pinot Noir & Old Vine Zinfandel, The 2,800 sq.ft. home has 4 bedrooms & 2 1/2 bathrooms, sleeps 8. Enjoy Indoor/Outdoor living at its best! Views of gardens and vineyards from every room, 2 Alfresco dining spots and several outdoor seating areas. Gas BBQ, Bocce Ball and a sparkling Hot Tub with star studded views. The home is furnished with touches of vintage pieces from the Family Estate. New oversized windows, carpet & tile throughout. Low allergen environment. Cozy Family Room, separate Living Room and Dining Room with table for 8. Large flat screen TV's in the Family Room and Master Suite. Wi-Fi, large DVD & VHS library, books and board games are available. Patio doors off the Family Room lead to a covered outdoor seating area with skylight, handmade farm table for 8 and ceiling fan. Features two furnished balconies; one for quiet time and one for sunbathing, both with amazing views. Enjoy all new beds with deluxe bedding. The Bathrooms are modern with unique tile, sinks, tubs and quality linens. Master Suite has a King bed with full bathroom & soaking tub. Two Bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen bed, the other with double XL Twin beds share a large bathroom with double sinks and separate shower and toilet room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a private outside area. The Cooks Kitchen includes gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and assorted small appliances. Breakfast Nook opens to Family room and outdoor Patio, Kitchen is adjacent to the Mudroom, 1/2 bath & BBQ area. The property is gated and fenced for privacy. Organic Gardens include fruit, citrus, olive & walnut trees, roses, lavender, herbs & vegetables. Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from the family Culinary Garden are picked and wait your arrival. Bocce Ball area features large dining table and lights strung from the trees for nighttime entertainment. Perfect setting for wine and food lovers to enjoy by day or night. House is available to rent for a minimum of 30 days. The Boschetti Family has been farming grapes since the 1920's for several award winning wineries. This is a working vineyard; normal vineyard practices will be conducted year around which may include pruning, frost protection, thinning or grape harvesting depending on the season. We had an amazing stay! Loved the host’s hospitality, we felt very welcomed. The house has everything you need and so many cozy seating areas. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the numerous toys provided such as badminton and corn hole. Would love to come back!

We had a friends reunion in this lovely home! So many cute spaces to lounge as a group and enjoy the view of the vineyard! The property is completely private and very close to nearby amenities and vineyards. Each bedroom had very comfortable beds and beautiful views of the vineyard to wake up to. Wonderful place to be with a group who is just looking to connect and relax with each other.

This is an incredible place to stay, beautiful property, perfectly maintained. My only complaint was the aggressive list of rules in capital letters and highlighted that we received on check in that made us feel like we were not welcome.

Remarkable Property
The Vineyard House was exemplary with exquisite grounds and entertaining space. Proximity to Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg, Windsor, and Bodega Bay made the location perfect. I’d highly recommend Carole’s property to anyone who wants to experience wine country with a central location within its own vineyard.

The house is beautiful and specious and literally minutes away from many wineries and restaurants.
On the weekend we stayed temperatures were above 100 yet the house stayed cool and nice.
Huge kitchen and well stocked.

Beautiful sanctuary in wine country
The Vineyard House is a lovely oasis set right in the middle of my favorite part of Sonoma valley. The decor is definitely a snapshot in time, but the amenities are great - the kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances, the beds are all very comfortable, the showers have great pressure, and the grounds are astonishing. A lovely getaway!

Spent a lovely weekend celebrating my wife's birthday with dear friends. The location of the house was tucked back amongst the vineyard and very quiet. Everything we needed was at our disposal and we definitely enjoyed the Bocce Ball and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Carole’s home. The property is gorgeous and expansive with wonderful greenery/landscaping and vineyards surrounding the property. Our group was 8 couples and there was enough room for us to all hangout comfortably together in group settings and also have our privacy. The location is great for wine country activities and we enjoyed just hanging out at the house as well as it was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. Carole was easy to communicate with and an excellent host. We hope to be back sometime soon!

Our group of 6 adults stayed at the Vineyard House. It's very spacious and has absolutely anything you need. The grounds are amazing!

Beautiful home, very well managed and clean. Went here for a family getaway and wine tasting. perfect jumping-off point to Russian River and Dry Creek. Loved the house! Well-stocked kitchen with everything you need and the hostess left us some cheese, jam, and crackers for a nice snack when we checked in. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and bocce ball, she also has a lovely garden. Views of the vineyard from upstairs are lovely. we will be back!

Tuscan Villa located right in Fulton
This property was the PERFECT location for a 4 couple get-away celebrating a 60th birthday. The house and gardens made us feel like we were staying at a Tuscan villa. The kitchen was open and well stocked. The bedrooms were located away from the common area which allowed everyone to sleep in peace. And while the house was built many years ago, the recent remodel brought the perfect balance of vintage and modern elegance. We thoroughly enjoyed the bocce ball, outdoor seating, location to wineries, and Russian River Brewing. I would rent this place again in a heart-beat!

The grounds surrounding the property were absolutely beautiful!! The interior of the home was not modern but still lovely. It's perfect for a group of adults and the location was great between Healdsburg and Santa Rosa, plus all the vineyards in the area.
Their home was very clean and had everything we needed. A local farmstand was in walking distance and we were able pick up ingredients to make a dinner. Everyone of us enjoyed the beds and slept well.
We enjoyed dinner in Healdsburg the following night which is a very cute town. Overall our stay at their vineyard home was magical. Thank you Carole for sharing this special place with us.

The grounds surrounding the property were absolutely beautiful!! The interior of the home was not modern but still lovely. It's perfect for a group of adults and the location was great between Healdsburg and Santa Rosa, plus all the vineyards in the area.

Beautiful a home in Great location
Came here for a girls weekend and everyone was blown away by the house. The outdoor areas are amazing and the house itself has a great floor plan. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is offered and then some! Carole was easy to communicate with and very flexible with our requests. They even left a little cheese plate for us upon checking in! Would absolutely stay there again!

Fabulous Vineyard Location
We enjoyed an Easter visit with family at the Vineyard House. We had not seen each other in over a year due to COVID, so it was a great place to gather and enjoy each other in a private setting. The home is conveniently located near beautiful parks, great restaurants and easy highway access. We enjoyed games, the hot tub and bocce ball! Overall, the perfect place for a family getaway!

Magical
Wary of the smoke, we were delighted to find just how amazing this house and property was. Comfy beds, big kitchen, amazing garden, and the outdoor bocce court when lit up was incredible. Overall this place was such a good time. Would def stay again
