About this house rental
NEWER HOME -- This is a newer beachfront house in a quiet neighborhood. From the house, deck and patio you will enjoy spectacular panoramic waterfront views of the Gulf Islands to White Rock, BC. A path in the backyard leads to private stairs to the beach. The house comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa. The main floor has easy, no-stair access with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level includes an extra living area with the sleeper sofa, kitchenette and bedroom with a third bathroom. The home is fully equipped and includes a laundry room, outdoor gas bbq grill, big screen TVs in both living areas, plus wifi. The home is west facing for spectacular sunsets from all living areas and two bedrooms.
A fantastic and easy get-away, just 15 minutes from Interstate 5, and conveniently located near Semiahmoo Golf Course and Semiahmoo Resort and Spa. During warm weather -- or cool weather days when the you want to bundle up -- the private beach is perfect for beachcombing, bird watching and exploring.
During the winter months this is a cozy place to warm up after skiing at Grouse Mountain in nearby Vancouver, Canada (45 miles away ) -- or after driving a little father to Mt. Baker ski resort (75 miles).
A note about cleaning and disinfecting: The house is thoroughly cleaned after each use and during the virus pandemic we implemented additional cleaning and disinfection measures -- for your peace or mind and ours. We also provide cleaning and disinfecting products for guests to use and a contactless check-in/check-out process using a keypad lock.

What a magnificent house! Not only was it impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and equipped, with unbelievable views everyone in our party felt it was priced very fairly as compared to other properties in the area. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 adults to gather comfortably both inside as well as outside on the beautiful deck overlooking the water- the kitchen provided plenty of room for us to cook together, eat together and all pitching with the clean up. The thoughtful details provided by the hosts were a lovely addition: an excellent curated collection of books in the bedrooms, glass dispensers of soap rather than the usual plastic store brands, a well equipped kitchen and ease of entry and communication. Our family chooses a vacation spot to gather every year and this was by far the most beautiful, relaxing and spacious rental we have ever been to. We would love to return to this magical spot!

Wow, what an amazing place! We travel often and it is always a great feeling to go to a property with all of the amenities of home, in addition to the beautiful home and wonderful location. The owners we great to work and communicate with, and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and had a positive experience. We very much enjoyed our time in Blaine!
