This 2-story 2bdrm loft condo is furnished with everything you would ever need. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe and it was a quiet group of residents. The view of the river is beautiful and the walkway is very nice. Rainbow lights reflect in the water from the Moda Center every night. There are squirrels running around everywhere. The owner was a true pleasure to deal with, was available, but we were given complete privacy. We stayed for several months and really felt at home.

Spent 5 weeks here, over the summer, 2 level, bedroom upstairs that leads to deck. Can walk to Pearl and Max. One of the only complexes with a pool/ hot tub. Unfortunately, major train noise (as opposed to the other side of the property by the pool) and the ubiquitous homeless population around the property are things to consider (not owner's fault). Pretty good communication with owner. Price is premium compared to others - averaged out to be about $160 per night for 5 weeks (I would expect more in the $120 -$130 range for for a 5 week commitment.) Wish we had a small grill, and more furniture for the deck. The deck is spacious but in full view of 8 units, so no privacy. The mini mart seems to always have dangerous homeless drug types milling about, feels unsafe. All in all, it was good though, the location is great, and you have the pool. Next summer, we're going to look at South Waterfront, less homeless problems down there!

We were here for a little over two months while my daughter was at a local clinic. The property is beautiful and well maintained with a small grocery and restaurant basically on site. A pedestrian bridge right across the street takes you direct to the Pearl district with tons and tons of dining and shopping as everything is starting to open back up. Washer and drier worked great as did all the kitchen appliances. Everything was well maintained. The view of the river from inside and on the two decks is right across from Moda Center and Steel Bridge. The lights on Moda at night were fun, and there was always something going on to watch in the river. Property felt very safe and the parking slot was super convenient. Sunny the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location within walking distance of the Pearl District. Very nice owner that contacted me the day before our flight to confirm lockbox codes and parking. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks!

The waterfront condo was a perfect location for coming home after days of touring, wine tasting, and hiking in Portland and the surrounding areas. The bed was as comfortable as home, and probably one of best available through VRBO we've ever stayed. Super clean and quiet. We made easy dinners a couple of nights with a well appointed kitchen. Great views of the river and fun to watch the rowers, boats and crusiers pass by. There is a walking path that follows the river and is a short distance to downtown. We'd recommend a couple of places to eat that were fun experiences and delicious food - LeChon (Tapas) and Little Bird (French Bistro). Voodoo Dounts is hip, loud and sweet. Downtown is cool, but make the trip to Multnomah Falls and Thunder Island Brewery in Cascade Locks. The views were stunning.
Though we didn't meet Sunita, we are thankful for sharing such a wonderful condo with us!

Nice, clean condo and responsive owners. Got everything we need in the condo (except for a dining table). The main down side is that it's right across the river from industrial area and the view outside was a bit depressing. We ended up not using the decks at all - there are no chairs outside. The main reason we got this condo was its waterfront location so we were a bit disappointed.

This is a great place to stay in Portland. Close to downtown in the Pearl District.

As some others have mentioned, there was some train noise and an occasional delay waiting to leave the neighborhood when a slow train was crossing, but we loved the place. Clean, quiet and lovely little view with a great walking/running path just outside.

Perfect location. Our 30 yo son was with us and he has the privacy of the entire 2nd floor. We had the master bedroom on the 1st floor. River view from the deck. Easy access to the the riverside paved trail that we walked each morning. Central Portland is less than a mile away. Plenty of space and comfortable furniture and beds. The only negative was the very squeaky sound of the trains even though they were half a mile away. They were running all night which is a good Econiomic indicator that freight is moving but at times challenged my sleep but did not bother my wife or son. Finally our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until after midnight. It was difficult to find the apartment because the street address is on the major avenue while the community is on a small street closer to the river. I suggest better directions to turn into the security gatehouse.

Very convenient location...nice walking trail right outside the unit with easy access to Waterfront Park, Pearl District and Downtown...river views from the living room and both decks...a little noisy (trains) at times, but generally an enjoyable stay.

The Waterfront Pearl Home Away from Home was exactly that! When we arrived on Wednesday, hot and tired from our flight we were overwhelmed with how wonderful this rental was. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a 4 night stay. It has s great patio as well as a roof top deck which was amazing since Portland was having a heat wave. The location was perfect within a 7 minute walk we were right downtown. I cannot think of anything negative to say. We will definitely be back.

Much nicer than it looks in pictures. View across the river. Spotlessly clean. Good location.

The location was perfect for my bachlorette party to be a success! It was beer fest weekend and this condo was within walking distance to the park. The condo was well maintained and the view was breath taking. I have no negative remarks about this property. It was just perfect!

We absolutely loved this condo. The pictures really don't do justice to how nice it is. It was spotlessly clean, nicely updated and decorated, and well laid out. We also really like Sunita's art work. The little touches of the coffee and chocolate were nice as well. The views from the balconies were wonderful and my 2.5 year old daughter loved watching the trains and boats go by.
The condo was very conveniently located. There was more than enough to do and see within walking distance, and it was also easy to hop on the light rail or street car when needed. There were so many great restaurants nearby, we never had a bad meal and we barely made a dent in all the options.
There were six of us all together staying in the condo: two families, each with two adults and one small child. I didn't realize when we booked the condo that the upstairs room is a loft which is open to the downstairs. I was concerned about this at first because of my daughter needing to go to bed earlier than the adults, but it worked out just fine with our travel sound machine.
Another concern we had was having an 11am check-out time and a 5:30pm flight. With two small kids and all their luggage, this would have been difficult, but Sunita was gracious enough to let us stay as long as possible without imposing on the next guests. That thoughtfulness really meant a lot to us and made our trip home go much more smoothly.
We had a wonderful time in Portland and can't wait to come back again. We all agreed we would try to plan any future vacations around being able to get this condo!

Our stay at this condo was just excellent! There were four of us, who all comfortably slept in this clean, modern, condo. The place is right on the river and was an easy walk to the Convention Center, where our event was located. There are some great eateries and shopping districts within walking distance, easy access to the MAX light rail, and an awesome riverside path for walking or jogging if you'd like to get in a little exercise. There's a small market/convenience shop within the complex and a fantastic pizza place too! The condo was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Portland.

We had a great stay at the condo while attending a conference for a week. Convenient, waterfront walkway to the convention center, downtown, or to transit if you need to get out further.
Condo was nicely furnished and well-kept. Will definitely book again the next time we're in downtown Portland.

I was here with a group of 4 and the accommodations were right on. The deck chairs were a nice addition. The only thing to be aware of is that there aren't any hotel style toiletries provided such as shampoo or body soap. Luckily if you don't bring your own, there's a convenience store on the property. If you want to be close to the night life, this is the spot!

Great stay at a great condo! Owner is a gracious hostess. Thanks for coffee and loved chocolate. We also appreciated her creative talents she displayed in her artwork. Excellent river view and location was perfect to get out and explore Portland. Parked car at secure condo location and were able to walk and enjoy city. Loved morning walks along the river towards downtown .... Powell's Bookstore, Harvey's Comedy Club, Saturday Public Market, Trader Joe's, Red Box at Safeway, Voodoo Doughnuts, Pioneer Square for shopping, Jake's, Blue Moon Grill and Henry's Tavern to name a few spots we hit. Very clean and relaxing stay! Pictures shown are accurate. Would absolutely recommend to friends and hope to return again.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay at your condo. The beds are huge and very comfortable. It was perfect and we had such a great time. It will certainly not be the last time we stay at condo's instead of a hotel. We were able to relax and fully enjoy the surroundings along with the walkway along the waterfront which is right outside. Also thank you for leaving coffee. I had remembered most everything but that! Matt had the best 50th Birthday while we were there. We had friends and family stay and drop by. We went to eat at Jakes's for his Birthday dinner. My sister lives across the street so that was additionally fun. We walked to Safeway on Lovejoy and bought dinner and cooked in your well equip kitchen. On the walk home we bought the biggest bunch of flowers from the Lovejoy Flower Shop. We also had dinner at Gracie's Saturday night with my whole family for my Dad and Mom's 60th wedding anniversary. You have been exceptionally easy to work with. Thanks again, Sally
