Stayed here with a friend and it’s honestly a great shout for a budget hotel in Patong.
The rooms are surprisingly huge and super clean, which we weren't expecting for the price.
I actually had to get some work done and the desk/table in the room was perfect—plus the WiFi didn't lag at all.
Location is the best part; you can walk to Jungceylon and the Banzaan market in just a few minutes.
It’s also tucked away enough that it’s quiet at night, so no issues sleeping. Staff were really sweet and helpful too. Definitely worth the money.

Location. Laundry offered at arrival for a good price.
Non adjustable air con. It was either just fan setting or 18 degrees setting. You choose. Staff was unable to sort it out.
Housekeeping does not happen every day and if it does its only until 12.
None of the rooms have real windows where you can open the blinds and look outside.windows are facing another building ( and its balconies) or a wall with 2-3 meters gap only. So the only wat to have any privacy is to always keep the blinds shut.
